Not a family friendly place, even if you are staying for only one night.

The place was giving a very low price which comes with lot of disadvantages. Ideal for bachelors.

Low price come with lots of disadvantages, its a terrible location to stay with you family with street and party sound all the time. Not clean, I had a very bad feeling of staying there with my parents, wife and kid. I think booking.com should not project this as a family friendly place.

Great so long as it isn't too warm outside

Great staff, location, live entertainment, nice bar area, staff were helpful when I had issues.

Room was way too hot even with fan on all night which meant unfortunately a poor night's sleep.

Great location, close to main attractions. Everything was fine with our stay. The room was exactly like in the photos. Great communication with the host.

Budget, and it shows, but it served its purpose.

I booked a room here to be able to take the train the next day. Very close to the station, so very practical to this end.

The neighbourhood isn't the most inspiring, as with most train station neighborhoods. The room was clean, but rather crappy. I was a bit disappointed when comparing to the pictures on the booking page. Walls are paper thin, luckily it was quiet enough in the venue.

Convenient location and helpful staff

I really liked the central location and the helpfulness of the staff. Special thanks to Gregor for reacting quickly and efficiently to any issue and resolving iy immediately. I would recommend the accommodation for its convenient location and the great staff!

Close to everything

The street is noisy at night with 3+ strip clubs within 100m. Windows are very good at keeping the noise out but it can get quite hot and stuffy with the window shut.

The mother, daughter team of Stella and Victoria that run this pension are both super nice and welcoming. Very close to all transportation and it is a good value in Munich

This is a great place for a solo traveler to explore Munich.

Location was excellent, facilities were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

They were not serving breakfast as indicated in the booking description.

It is super centrally located, 2 minutes walking from the main train station. The price is comparably cheap for the center of Munich.

The cleanliness level could be higher. It was seen that some trash and items were not picked from previous clients, like under the bed. Dust around and some spots all around the floor. No breakfast available. Very loud street outside, clubs, cars. No air conditioning is available, you sleep in the heat +30 during the summer. No normal soap/shampoo/disinfection is available in rooms. No card payments, only by cash.

Bad value for money

That it was close to the train station. Also that it had an elevator.

Where do I begin? For what we paid for it - we expected something much nicer. I guess we expected the same as what we got for the same price in other cities and countries, which is a lot more. The room felt like a hostel dorm, even though it was a private room. Same dingy feel you'dexpect with a dorm room. Furthermore, the toilet had the most disgusting stain... the room didn't have aircon, which was torturous in hot weather. There was no kitchen or room for breakfast (there was one, but we weren't allowed to use it). There was no kettle to make tea or fridge. The location, while close to the train station, was lined with strip clubs and dodgy creepy men hanging around in cliques. My recommendation: don't stay near the train station. It's just not worth it. You can get something so much nicer for your money if you stay in a nice suburb somewhere else. Or better yet, if you're here for Neuschwanstein Castle like we were, go straight to Fussen. Our biggest regret was not staying there - it's so beautiful, safe and peaceful there!
