Le personnel est beaucoup trop aimable. De l'accueil jusqu'au femmes de ménages, elles apportent de l'amour dans ce qu'elles font, ce qui est très rassurant pour une jeune femme seule comme moi, à ce moment là. Que Dieu les bénisse abondamment, elles, leurs proches ainsi que leur descendance <3

On prends un buffet pour ne pas avoir du choix et on rien eux de chaud c'est vraiment lamentable la pauvre employée de l'accueil devais nous dire qu'il n'y y avais rien A disposition c'est franchement inadmissible. La.vetuste des.lumieres , les.trous.partout.dans le.placo et la.vétusté en général. Un bon coup de.neuf sera là.bie..venu.

Decent enough for a pre airport stay

Reception were super friendly and helpful.

The first room absolutely stank of both fresh and stale cigarette smoke. we had to move. I chose it as it advertises free internet which I needed for work but we had zero signal.

A good stay for what we needed

We visited Monpellier to attend the concert in the venue located 5 minutes walk from the hotel (Sud de France Arena), so for us hotel location was perfect : ) There is a bar in the hotel lobby where we could enjoy some drinks after the concert.

The hotel staff doesn't speak English at all, so we had communication problems.

Basic but clean and adequate solution for an event at the Sud de France Arena.

Walking distance from the Sud de France Arena. Above a pleasant pizza place. It's a very very basic but adequate solution for attending an event there. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the bar is a nice addition.

Nothing to like about this place.

We were put there by the airline when our flight was cancelled but had to book another night because the airline wouldn't book 2 nights despite putting us on a replacement flight 2 days away. This place stinks, and I do mean that literally. There was a bad eggs smell in the reception. The receptionist was not helpful just bad mouthed the airline. We asked for a different room because the room given also smelt, had a punched in toilet door, the wrong cistern top on the toilet, black mould on the bathroom ceiling, grouting falling out of the tiling and non functional air conditioning. Need I say more. This place is a poorly constructed building badly maintained. Whoever owns or manages it should be ashamed. Go to Montpellier it is an historic university town with a many great attractions. Do not go to this hotel, even if you have business at the airport or the expo site.

The room we stayed in smelled unclean, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the general cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor. The floor in the room was dirty too. The room gave a generally off putting vibe

Awful place, don’t stay there

The location was close to the venue, the Arena. The bed was clean. One member of staff, Édouard, was polite and did his job diligently.

The staircase leading to the bedroom hadn’t been swept for several days and was clearly dirty. The sink was blocked. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the conversations, and more,next door. The girl serving breakfast in the morning was downright rude. The breakfast offer was poor. NEVER AGAIN!

Literally just a place to lie down in.

We slept.

Being allocated a room next to the very busy car park, QR codes not working and staff unable/unwilling to tell us how the TV works etc, no local info eg where can a vegetarian eat. Really just a place to dos when you forget to book in advance. Do not take breakfast if you are vegetarian, everything smells of animal fat.
