Solução encontrada graças à boa vontade do funcionário no front desk (Thiago?). A equipe é nota 10.

a localização é otima e as instalações tambem

Is in a great location, very close to some markets and restaurants and bars. The hotel is on a hill so they will drive you up and down for free. There is a really nice view from the roof where the pool is.
It was quite expensive for the room we got, we booked a sea view and when we got there it was fully booked, but the price didn't change. I didn't feel like the room was 100% clean, especially the shower. The pool was also very green and we didn't even swim because of the way it looked.

The breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. Tasteful, local, diverse and changes everyday, we loved it.
The location in Rio Vermelho is great with many restaurants and bar nearby. Also safe to walk at night so that was a big PRO. The hotel, although nice, was not exactly as the pictures showed but we still enjoyed spending time there very much.
Also the staff of ''Prive Turismo'' Rose, was very friendly and helped us chose interesting tours to do while in Salvador.
The hotel staff was not very knowledgeable in English (except for a few individual partially speaking the language). That made our stay in Salvador a bit less enjoyable as we could not count on the staff for any recommendations about basically anything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the views are amazing, the rooms were large by current standards, and the price was descent for a weekend in Salvador. The room included a balcony with a partial sea view.
Overall, this was a dissapointing experience, especially for a Novotel branded hotel. The room was completely outdated, with mimimal furnishing (only one pillow per bed, no blankets, one towel per guest). The second bed was broken when we arrived. The internet was very choppy, don't expect to be able to work using their network. The washroom pipes were lound and hissing at all hours of the night. The rooms are not soundproof. The location of the hotel is on top of a hill, making it difficult to get anywhere without having to drive or use the free shuttle that is rarely available. Not a great experience to an otherwise amazing time in Salvador.

Exceptional breakfast. Rooftop swimming pool and bar. Spacious bathroom with great water pressure.
Swimming pool needs better maintenance to keep green algae under control.

to use the hotel shuttle all the time when going out, otherwise you have to walk a lot to leave the hotel premises.
