Highly recommended

We had a very spacious studio apartment. Light and airy with big doors onto a balcony. Quiet outlook. Comfy bed with nice linen. Great little kitchen. Secure parking for a reasonable price. Exceptional value.

Quiet and close to parks

The location was lovely amongst the trees and surburbia. I had thought I had booked the Northbourne Avenue Adina but I'm glad I booked this one as it was quiet.

Not being able to get hold of reception desk when trying to warm up the room.

Location, value and comfort a good place.

The location was close to many things in Canberra. The staff were friendly and helpful

I needed to hear something up in a microwave but because my room didn’t have one they couldn’t help, just thought they could go a little extra mile to help their customers.

Good location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Some maintenance needed, shower cubicle leaked into the bathroom, crockery was slightly grubby and greasy, had not been washed properly.

Ideal for all pur needs.

It is clean and modern. Easy parking available. Good access to light rail and walking to Dickson shops/restaurants.

Very good

Room was comfortable and very quiet. Location was great and within walking distance of plenty of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and parking at $15 was reasonable.

Air conditioning in room seemed very hard to operate. Design of the shower stall was poor. Many guests would find it hard to fit through the glass door

The room was really nice and spacious, very clean as well. Nice big tv, nice deck area and nice kitchen.

Bed was just ok comfort-wise. The couch was quite bad unfortunately, it looks to be 10+ years old and felt like it. The shower was nice but the hot water was warm at best and thats with the tap on full hot with no cold.

The cost and location.

The bed mattress was so soft I felt like I was sitting up when laying down! Zero support and heavy sagging. There was a foul odor in the bathroom, which diminished but persisted during stay.

Very clean and comfortable bed

“complimentary wifi and parking”. Wifi didn’t work, parking was $15. Room was small. Bathroom flooded with each shower, the promised extra towels to mop up were never delivered. There is a cafe which does snacks and coffee, but after waiting for 10 minutes for any service we give up. Would not go back.

A good short stay, nice double bed with a large shower room.

Poor customer service

Called reception for a dental kit. Staff said they don't provide any. Next morning, another staff member provided a kit upon request. Later found out they actually provide amenities over the counter. Besides, the room smelled so bad.

We unfortunately got COVID just before we arrived and the staff were very helpful.

Location was good, close to main attractions. Comfortable bed.

The shower screen leaked leaving a large puddle of water in the bathroom after showers.

we were there for 5 nights and wouldn’t stay again.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a great shower too.

Awful lighting for trying to put on makeup. The lady at reception didn’t seem to want to be there. She just seemed grumpy and managed to say as little as possible. You would want to have a car as it was a decent walk to most things.
