The resort is lovely, you are literally in the rainforest which is very relaxing & we loved spotting the wild monkeys! There are plenty of things to do around the area. We went on a few boat trips provided by the resort and they were great, we saw dolphins, firefly’s, crocodiles and monkeys🐒
The staff were so helpful and friendly & everything was clean. I’d defo stay here again.
We stayed in a villa and the villa itself was pretty tired and needs a lick of paint. It was just a bed for the night really, the main attraction here is being in the rainforest. If you want a bit of luxury it’s not the place.

Wildlife, waterfall, kayaking, location.
The Booking.com website forced me to reserve two cabins, when I needed just one, thereby doubling the cost. I will never use Booking.com again.

The place, the employees who love their job. And the two trails, to the waterfall and to the blue pool. Watching the irrawady dolphin and snorkeling that was organized by Permai was also fantastic!

The treehouse is a nice place to stay in if you want something else then hotels. You're directly start a hike from the house. Beds are good and the view as well. Bathroom a little bit outdated but fine.
Emergency light went on at 3.30 am because of no elektricity, the lamp can better be placed in the hallway instead of half in the bedroom and wake you up.

The location, amazing view of the sea. Cosy and romantic accommodation. Bed very comfortable.
The room is not serviced.
Shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor

Very peaceful and relaxing, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony of my tree house on the edge of the rainforest, watching and listening to the sea lapping on the shore a few metres away below.
There were also local wild monkeys that fed in the treetops around the cabins and tree houses and throughout the resort, both proboscis and silver monkeys were present.
Staff were all great and friendly, full marks. The Cultural Village was also right next door.
What's not to like!

We loved the treehouses in the rainforest. The staff in the Cafe were wonderful, very friendly, and very accommodating. It is a beautiful setting and the jungle pool is great. loved seeing the different monkeys.
Not having wifi in the rooms and only in the cafe and reception was very inconvenient. We do not live in Malaysia and did not have roaming. trying to make plans for anything via the internet was not easy. Strange that no alcohol was available anywhere in the resort to purchase.

This is the best place to stay at this area to enjoy true staying inside the jungles. We saw proboscis monkeys just next to the reception, but there are many other animals around, from huge butterflies to small squirrels. There are two perfect beaches and jungle pool, we were almost alone during swimming and sunbathing.
The cabin was perfect, with amazing seaview and all basic amenities.
The restaurant starts working from early morning which is good for further planning of the day, and the food is delicious 😋! Try shakshuka and roti for your breakfast, 200% worth it.
However the mostly we appreciate friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, we felt like at home. Thanks a lot, we will come back!
We stayed only two nights, it's not enough to explore this place properly.

The scenery is so wonderful, good for nature lover
Need more proper lighting in room(for treehouse) a bit dim.

Mas and Dorita. Great location. Room is comfortable (except for my comment below)
We barely got an hour of sleep. We weren’t warned of the storm that caused our treehouse to rock back and forth the entire night, with trees snapping around us and hitting our windows on the way down.

The dirty beach

Well kept jungle trekking trails, pool and the walking paths and I love the nature of the rainforest with access to the private beaches. The breakfast was great and yummy.
Hair dryer not provided in the room, slightly expensive

In the midst of nature, near beach,
has swimming pool
Considering how much we paid for the stay in the villa, we were fairly dissappointed for the following reasons:
1. had to pay for use of air-conditioning units - but one out of 2 units was not working
2. power sockets in 2nd room, and in the main living room (serving the fridge) wer not working
3. no shampoo, shower gel provided. No tray to hold soap in toilet.
4. the fan in master bedroom only worked at high speed - not moving when turned to low speed of 1-3 (out of max of 5).
all of us (family of 4) have to cramped into master bedroom (with working air-conditioning unit) overnight.
the villa we stayed in was quite further away from the reception office - had to tow our luggages a fair distance, luckily, we only carry with us small check-in luggages.
we decided to check out earlier by one day. written a letter to the management stating our predicament (and hopefully can get some sort of refund), but have not heard from the team after 6 days.

to be able to feel “in the jungle” whilst being only 1/2hr from Kuching. The treehouses are awesome!
Jungle pool is a great spot to cool off after a short or long trek thru the rainforest 💚
No alcohol served at the restaurant….. there is options just down the road at the cultural village

Like the tree house, the beach.
Breakfast not included. Need to walk quite far in with all our luggage without any help from the staffs. It will be nice if they can help to send our luggage to doorstep, especially for family with kids to take care.

Back to the Nature.
Been told that toiletries will be provided however, just 2 bar of soap. No toothbrush, toothpaste, or shampoo will be provided. So please bring your own ya. Overall is a good stay. Got 2 beach and 1 jungle pool. Hiking trail is available if u love hiking.

Spacious room, really worth with money. The staff also handfull when i asking for early check out.
It's about the beach & jungle pool. I thought it is for guest only but actually its also open for daily trip people also. So no more private beach & pool. Need to sharing with outsiders. Quite many people, dont have privacy at all

wonderful cabins in the middle of the forest with a view of the sea, very clean rooms, helpful staff, we were absolutely thrilled
no wifi signal in the room (which can be an advantage for a relaxing stay)
