Location, parking 400m away and steep narrow roads to negotiate. Lack of instruction NOT to drive to the hotel. poor staff communication, restaurant noise and smoke. Small room without sufficient seating. Very small shower

Very enthousiastic & friendly owner.
Very good dinner meal (demi-pension); also the breakfast was certainly ok.
The room was certainly large enough with very good beds.
Also in summer a very good location for starting hiking trips or cycling challenges.
Too many Dutch guys ;-) (Marmotte participants).
Luckily also some Belgians already discovered this nice auberge.

Incredible nice staff, dogs and owner! We were the first guest of the season and had the hotel for ourselves. Not even the cook started so she made us the best dinner and breakfast. The location is superb for hiking. Lots of trails and super to hike during summer. You can start at the hotel and walk for hours. Beautiful view from the room. Parking at the towns square. Easy access to the hotel.
Noting.

Excellent breakfast.
Lovely staff.
Very comfortable bed.
Very quiet location.
Access to hotel not easy by car, due to narrow road, but large local car park close by.

We had apartment and it was really nice place, clean and cozy. Whole family was really happy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were good but the best experience was dinner, really delicious meal and good wine. Totally recommending!
Everything was fine. The only thing I can think of is that we would appreciate small fridge.

Quirky, different , a special experience

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, who sorted us vegetarian options (not always easy in France). Beautiful location in the little hamlet of Cours. A great place for a summer alpine stay.
Guests should know not to try to drive right up to the auberge, but to park in the big car park outside the village.

Beautiful location in a small village with amazing views over the nearby mountains. Very friendly, helpful owners. Clean and comfortable rooms in a characterful old building. Great breakfast too.

Beautiful old building in a small village, no car access but parking just outside. Great area to walk and enjoy the lovely views.
Our meal at the hotel was disappointing especially as it was the only place to dine in the village - particularly the dessert was uneatable. We watched all the other guests (including friends of the owners) get nice desserts and we received a bowl of brown mashed up bananas?

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading up to Alpe D’Huez for the bike race. Lovely secluded location, easy access / drive to great hikes such as Lake Lauvitel.
Tasty local produce food, comfortable rooms and wonderful view from our balcony.

Beautiful setting in a tiny, quiet town. Very clean and comfortable room with a lovely view. Kind and helpful staff.
The biggest problem for us was having a very weak to non-existent internet signal. Having good internet is important to us, so we can plan our trip and stay connected to our family. Also, my husband had an allergic reaction quite likely from the dog that was wandering throughout the property. All in all, we didn't have a pleasant stay.

Delicious breakfast. Recommendations for family friendly walks nearby. Made adjustments to the menus for our children - thank you!

Amazing location
Fantastic staff
Warm welcome
Pet friendly
Amazing view from balcony of mountains
Great breakfast
Expected an a la carte menu from website but set menu of the day was only available
Good to know that the village doesn’t allow cars, however you park 2 minutes from hotel
The location is remote and the road to the hotel is not for the faint hearted ( Top Gear road trip kind of road!)

Great family-run hotel located in a village with genius loci. Great food served with charm and care by Virginie and her family. Plus the friendly dogs made feel happy.

We liked the facility and also the restaurant area where we played board games with the kids. And a fireplace. People there were outstanding and very helpful. Dinner was great and having three kids, i was worried that portions would be too small. But it was perfect.
4.5
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent in spite of necessary Covid 19 restrictions. Very idyllic, atmospheric and calm area. Perfect region for passionate cyclists.
A bit far to next city. Nothing else to complain.

Very attentive owners , beautiful scenery and extremely homy stay !
