Helissa is walkable (6 min)to Naousa & gave a respite from the crowds and noise. Familes w/teens+

Breakfast and staff was amazing. We were upgraded which we were very happy about and the size was ample. Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and delicious. Family Run was key as there was a good deal of attention to detail.

Room furnishings were a bit dated.

Breakfast- A criticism about the top of the chain not the actual ground staff who we felt sorry for trying to provide a service for a totally unwieldy system using the app quarto. This app doesn't always load properly first off, next, you are asked to order your breakfast prior to 11pm the night before. We stayed for 4 nights and gave up ordering via the app when the order was never actually fulfilled correctly, so decided to order in the morning to save embarrassment for the staff when the kitchen didn't didn't follow the pre order properly. Best advice- get rid of the app system, put more than 2 overworked serving staff on the floor and order on the day. I witnessed a staff member being abused by a disgruntled guest (who did over react but apologised later) had ordered via the app but the ordering system had completely let them both down. This seemed to be a daily occurrence at this hotel who seems to want to market itself as higher end yet simply isn't willing to invest in the staff ratio and upkeep of the premise. The pool is dated and tired as are the rooms with cheap and tasteless decor. Wi-Fi was sketchy and terrible.

A beautiful and calm place to stay, with fantastic staff and accommodation.

A tranquil and peaceful escape yet so close to all the activity of Naousa. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great and were very attentive and happy to help. Would definatly recommend and would love to return.

It was a shame that you had to use an app to get a drink or something to eat. Would have been nice to of been able to use the bar after we checked out as we had a couple of hours to kill. However it did not put us off and our overall stay at the Heliessa was absolutely fantastic.

Excellent hotel, short walking distance to Naoussa, with exception vibe.

Absolutely loved our stay at Heliessa. Staff were over the top to help us our with any of our needs and requests. Breakfast was amazing, and a lot of options. Pool was great and clean. Room was bigger than what we expected or what it looked like from the pictures. Balcony was the perfect touch to room, and a great view from it too. Overall, I would recommend Heliessa to anyone!

A short stay but a memorable one!

The pool area was lovely, large pool and loungers which felt very private. The staff were friendly and made us feel really welcome. We had breakfast delivered to our room everyday which was a lovely touch :) Location was ideal, only a short walk into the centre of Paros.

Expensive for what it was. Nicer places to stay. Avoid if you can.

The location was excellent & the buffet style breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel needs a serious update. Everything looked tired & old fashioned. The pool had scum lines around the edge of the water. The bean bag loungers had stains and looked grubby. I was aware it was an 13+ age hotel but you weren’t allowed to dive into the pool or play with a ball in the water much to my older childrens dismay. Disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Nearly Faultless

Cracking room in a great location with brilliant staff and pool. Ticked away from the crowds down a little side stress, with a nice little bakery a couple mins away.

Despite them doing a great breakfast, I had lunch there one day and it was really poor. Skip the chicken Pappardelle if I were you.

Good location in walking distance from center of Naousa but still quiet. Nice pool area and very helpful staff who was always smiling.

The hotel was old and the room was a little worn down. The decor equally so. But this doesn’t really matter for a short stay when exploring Naousa and surroundings.

A very nice place, and the staff were very helpful

The breakfast was excellent, a wonderful mix of authentic local food and traditional euro/American breakfast.

The showers were a little tight and took a little practice to use.

Amazing stay at Heliessa

We were a family of 11 (all adults) traveling together and stayed in 4 different rooms for 5 nights in August. The rooms were all very nice - nothing fancy but had what we needed. Once we started eating breakfast in the restaurant it was very good! The location is great - a short 5-10 minute walk into the center of Naoussa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the hanging at the pool area and bar after a day at the beach. The bartender was awesome! He made a great Freddo Cappuccino and Spritz! Thank you for a lovely family vacation on one of our favorite islands. We hope to return soon!

Swimming pool was nice.

The hotel staff was nice but a more standardised hosting should be considered. The room No8 (first room in front of the pool) was not worth its price - it looked outdated, dark, a bit depressing and a refurbishment was missing. When it comes to covid19 regulations we were firstly suggested to have breakfast only in the room. However, after further inquiries if a breakfast at the restaurant was available, only then it was offered. I would have expected to have been provided the second option at the beginning, rather than being almost made believe than it was not available. Bathroom was too small. Breakfast was offered as buffet - it would be nicer to be allowed to pick up oneself the food and not to ask the staff to serve it. Other hotels do that (so covid 19 seems to be an excuse)

Great hotel

Hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the town. Stuff were friendly and very professional. Room and of the hotel amenities very clean, breakfast delicious. Great swimming pool with super comfy beanbag beds! Near hotel There is a small grocery shop, bakery, crepes caffe.
