Lugar ideal para visitar Hervás

Buena ubicación, el jardín es precioso, no te pierdas el desayuno, que aunque es un poco caro merece mucho la pena. El recepcionista muy amable nos explicó las cosas que podíamos ver por la zona

Un paraíso

Es un sitio para pasar días y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del jardin, de los espacios de la casa y de los alrededores. Una pena haber estado un solo dia. El dedayuno casero es delicioso. Los dulces típicos de Hervás extraordinarios, así como las mermeladas.El personal muy atento y nos dijeron como llegar porque googlemaps a veces se equicoca y dieron recomendaciones para hacer por el entorno. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos.

Cambiaría la almohada unica de la cama doble por 2 individuales.

Fantastic stay

The breakfast is so good, all the baked goods are home made and the fruits and veggies are from their own garden. Staff us super friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel owner offered to drive us to the bus station in the rain with our suitcase. The garden is beautiful too. Perfect location and amazing value for money.

A great place to spend a restful time in a fascinating village.

Location couldn’t be better. Friendly host. Spacious room. Fireplace with plenty of wood!

We had the fireplace room on the first floor. Furniture could use updating. There was an off odor in the room, but keeping the windows open took care it. As did the fire.

Family-run hotel with a traditional Spanish character and an unhurried ambience.

We loved our spacious room with a shared terrace overlooking the garden. The bed linen was crisp and fresh. Breakfast had am emphasis on locally-made products such as quince jelly and fresh pollen grains. Parking was directly outside and free!

Our only niggle was the bathroom had a slightly musty smell.

This place is absolutely incredible. A real highlight on our Gijon - Cadiz cycle.. The hotel , the gardens, the views and the breakfast and the owner who was extremely charming blew us away....This place deserves a good few days at least. The Town is beautiful

Fantastic Terrace and Garden also a wonderful breakfast

The location and surroundings are lovely, I was met by Amos who took time to explain and show everything before taking me to my room. The breakfast is wonderful with lots to choose from as well as a very large coffee cup and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The bed although large was a little to firm for my liking, so I did not get a particularly good nights rest.

Superb

A very nicely refurbished old town villa has been turned into a guesthouse. Charming details like the old original key. But the attention to details was continued all over the place and extended into its garden. What a delightful view from the terrace or the breakfast room looking at it! Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast offering variety, local specialities and homemade jams!

Tranquil, beautiful hotel in beautifully restored convent

Beautiful hotel and room. Breakfast each morning featured delicious local fruits and handmade pastries. Fresh flowers from the garden were placed in our room. The bed was comfortable with good lighting.

Only thing missing was a bathroom night light.

We couldn't have asked for more!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from our initial greeting, to advice about restaurants and hiking, to a fabulous breakfast. The garden is spectacular, but most of all the family who run the inn are wonderful, answering our hiking questions with patience and good humour and attending to our needs as vegetarians at breakfast. A warmhearted and well run casa rural.

Very good one night stay in a beautiful location.

it’s a classic old style hotel with very friendly staff, a very comfortable lounge and beautiful garden. The room had a lovely shared terrace with a nice view. finally it’s, very well situated near the centre of town.

It might be difficult to park nearby at weekends or high season.

One of the lovliest rooms we have stayed in

Beautiful room. A really clever fusion of modern facilities with old architecture. Very sensitively done. The firw was a real bonus - loved it!

Comfortable stay in beautiful hotel-convent with fruit tree garden

The hotel used to be a convent many years ago and has kept its old, beautiful looks and characteristic features. The garden is attractively designed and easy on the eyes. In spite of the hot weather we felt cool in our room. The breakfast was spectacular, with home-made breads and marmalade made from the fruit trees in the hotel garden.

The square in front of the hotel was always full of parked cars, which sort of ruins the architecture of the place. It would have been preferable if you could only park in the square a short while to drop the suitcases, then drive somewhere within walking distance to park permanently. No parked cars please!
