First time encounter with hotel management that ignore guest/human safety. Very unprofessional.

adjoining room could not locked, neighbor room people came into our room. Complaint to front desk also no action taken at all. Female staff could not sleep in peace. No act of responsibility by the hotel management. The room was also dirty. The other 2 rooms were good, no issue. Beach is good. Location is perfect.

How could a hotel management does not bother about the safety of the guest. How can guest/stranger from neighbor room just barging in our room due to faulty lock. Complaint to front desk and request to change room also no action taken by the management. No parking lot available, so inconvenient.

Malibest resort ok sahaja

Area sini ok je. Nak dinner apa semua mudah and kena pandai pilih restaurant. The lobby was on renovation. Bilik semua ok bersih.

Great stay. Location was good. Only let down was poor maintenance of the bathroom.

Location was great for tourist places to visit.

Sewerage smell in bathroom, blockage and rubbish coming out of hole in floor which once was a drain.

Basically it's not a great place for a decent family stay

The location is quite perfect as its closed to the beach

The staffs aren't really very friendly to our request. Room facility are very poor. And finally it was the worst buffet breakfast I had in entire Malaysian holidays with very very simple same menus for both days.

El precio no estaba mal si hubiera tenido la piscina arreglada. Las vistas enfrente del mar y la ubicación perfe y teníamos un 7/11 enfrente y la calle tenía vida. La nevera en la habitación lo mejor para enfriar las chang

La habitación estaba bastante sucia las sábanas, colchón. El aire acondicionado iba mal y tardaba en enfriar un poco 4h. Además la piscina del hotel estaba rota y no avisaron en la reserva. Moqueta en el suelo y humedad.

Doesn't meet my expectations

Near the beach

The room quite dark even with the light on , my sliding door can't be closed properly maybe something wrong with the rail , the staff inform me upon check in that the breakfast start at 9 am till 10.30 am, usually every hotel , breakfast start at 7 am till 10 am , but when my sister check during 7 am next day , the breakfast already be served , I am upset because I ask the staff two time about breakfast .

Location, location, location

Our room was right next to the beach and very close to the pool too. The pool was great for kids with seats (not sunbeds) around the outside. It's also right in the middle of Pantai Cenang so lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was ideal for our family of four and the AC and hot water worked perfectly. Surroundings were very quiet despite being beachside. We really liked that there was an option to have breakfast for a very reasonable price and it starts at 6am for those who are early risers or have an early flight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This place is such good value and we plan to stay again!

In need of a bit of TLC but upgrading work seemed to be happening. It's understandable after covid that places need time to gather funds to invest in the property. The road is busy and slow at times. We arrived in the evening and we were stuck in traffic for quite a while. Walking along that final stretch would've been faster but we had a sleeping child so had to wait it out.

Poor

Staff showed no interest when I made a complaint saying the air conditioner in the room is not working. Staff say to me that don’t worry she have asked the maintenance to go up the room to check right away. I’ve waited the whole night until the day I check out however no maintenance came up. Just imagine sleeping with the air conditioner not cold for 3nights.

Walking distance to the beach.

Very limited parking for guests. Can only drive out in the morning and need to be back by 4pm if want to park at the roadside... orelse has to park at private parking rm10 for 3 hours or rm30 for a day. Don't dare to boil tap water as the tap water is not clean... a bit brownish.
