Location is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is good, there is a nice souvenir shop, a washer and a dryer at the disposal of the guests, they accep dogs, and there are parking options nearby.
It’ probably rare on the Isle, but we were there during the August 2023 heatwave, and the appartement was too hot (it is a duplex under the roof). Opening of the windows didn’t help. An air-conditioning or at least a powerful fan would help. The appartement is a little “tired” but oversll OK. The managers of the hotel could at least pretend they are happy to see the guests.

Location was good for walking out to dinner
It’s above a shop, was difficult to figure out where to check in. You can hear noise all night. We came in peak summer and there wasn’t even a fan in the room to cool it down. It was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. Overpriced. The hotel manager was rude, there’s a language barrier and she wouldn’t let me use google translate to try and communicate, the morning we left she just snatched the keys out of my hand and walked off.

Great location right by the harbour and market in La Flotte. Room to store bikes if you are hiring and some parking close by. Room 4 had extra space which made it a choice I'd request next time. Courtyard entrance has lovely little shop and café/restaurant underneath the rooms
A bit of a street
noise, but only what you would expect from a central location.

great central location, comfy beds, clean / new bathroom, kettle and mugs provided, friendly helpful staff,
could do with a small bedside light next to the single bed.
take coffee if you are a coffee drinker as only herbal tea provided

Great location, in the centre of La Flotte. We booked an apartment for 4 and a double room. Beautiful view from the apartment.
The apartment was well equipped and more spacious than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice.
The double room was good and nice view.
Discounted bike hire offered by le mole which was worth it and a secure place to leave bikes at night which was helpful.
Had supper in the restaurant 1 night and it was very good, again discount on prices as we were in the accommodation.

Relaxed atmosphere, superb location, secure bike parking, free access to washing machine and dryer.
I loved every aspect of this property.

Good location but sooo noisy
Comfy beds
Why stay here? Very poor welcome. Sunday afternoon. The reception desk is at the shop and cafe cash till so they were too busy to tend to us and we desperately needed advice re parking. The town is currently closed to traffic and we did not understand how to reach le Mole by car and unload our luggage. It was v stressful.
Two women travellers. We had and paid for a two bedroomed apartment.
Linen was provided for only one room and that was neatly placed in a pile on the bed for us to make our own bed!. I telephoned Patricia who came with a further set of linen later on.
Everything provided was of minimal quantity...for instance half a toilet roll. One tiny slither of soap. No tourist type information. No wifi info . No recycling info. We were also by email on morning of departure told to strip our own beds and empty our rubbish bins. . Youth hostel tactics. Not expected at £170 a night
Our apartment was at the front of the hotel. Noisy...putting it mildly. No chance of sleeping before 2.30 am and the market people arrived a few hours later to set up. Altogether a very unfortunate choice of accommodation with expensive parking half a mile away.
Only allowed one key to the apartment. We two do not always want to do the same thing and this also proved awkward.
I could go on...disappointments endless..

The apartment is lovely and clean! Perfectly located in the center of La Flotte.
Breakfast is optional but good and in good amount.
Bad surprise when you book here: the bed sheets are not included... And it is 10€ per person (double bed means 20€ even if only 1person sleeps in it). I understand about having an option on the bath towels, but the bedsheets should be included when you book for the night!
Anyway, this is the price of a hotel but not really the comfort of one, as you also have to leave the place tidy, wash your dishes, dry them and put them back in place, empty the trash, etc... With a 400€ deposit, of course you do so, but yeah... this is a bit much!

it was in a great location and good value for money. quite quirky in that the reception was in a shop. the staff were very helpful
quite noisy at night but then it is the middle of a bustling quay!

A perfectly located property with Intimate apartments overlooking the sea
Very little, we love it’s simplicity, unpretentious and service delivered with a smile

nicely furnished accommodation, comfortable bed
Uncomplicated and friendly staff
Perfect location on the harbor
The hotel has a small boutique and its own restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there.

Easy to get to the shops/ beach. Tea/coffee facilities in the room and access to a microwave. They allow dogs which is great. We stayed in a double room.
Unable to get full experience due to covid situation.

nice location
in our room the road noise was terrible all night.

The location is in the centre of La Flotte, with their own restaurant and within reach of many other eating places, the harbour and other places such as the market place in the centre of numerous boutiques.
Breakfast was great value for money, taken sitting on their terrace overlooking the sea, the food substantial enough to hardly need lunch.
The duplex apartment we used was well furnished and very comfortable and smartly presented
The TV was adequate but probably needs upgrading if you don't speak french.
