Very spacious room.
Very dirty carpet. Suggestion, to take it out and keep it on the marble, ceramic, or porcelain.
Dirty bed linens.
Smelly toilet towels.
Unsafe location of the TV (in the middle of the room)
Not very cold AC
Charge for extra person even though we did not exceed Maximum capacity and no breakfast.
Asked for higher floor with view (before 3 monthes) and got nothing.
Unsafe electric wiring.

The area was quite nice. The beds were big and comfortable. Rooms were spacious.
Staff service at reception was quite lacking. We were given our key cards and sent up the lifts. Luggage dropped of outside the room. Dirty room. On entering, we found hair all over the carpet, dirty underwear under the sofa bed, and pills under tables. Broken lights and toilet fixtures. Dirty bathroom and bath. We asked for the room to be cleaned and was told housekeeping is finished for the day, it would be done the next day. Needless to say, it never happened. You have to pay for drinking water. No help with luggage at checking out. It's just really poor for somewhere that has so much potential.

Great location. Calm and quiet. The staff was really nice. We asked for some honey and lemon for tea at night, and they were happy to bring those. The rooms were clean and spacious with a pretty view.
Not much to dislike. Maybe the elevator was a little too small. One of the rooms' door had problems opening. And the lights in the hallway shut off too quickly, we had to wave our hands to turn them back on ))

The location was right in the heart of the city centre. The hotel was clean and the team members were very helpful.
Thank you very much
I had been caught in the middle of the wifi upgrade arranged by the Hotel#s management on the date of my arrival.
Once the system was upgraded, all the passwords stopped working. Therefore, for the remaining time of my stay I could not get connected. The hotel desk has not informed me of the changes in the set up...

Just perfect! The best hotel I been recently concidering price to value. Free private parking place is just in front of the hotel.

Good location, big room
The hotel needs renovation - the room had ripped wallpaper here and there and the carpet was stained and stinky. Despite the fact that we've pre-booked a room with baby crib and asked for it at arrival for 2 times, it wasn't provided.

Staff were very friendly and kind
Breakfast was very limited and simple. the room was not as clean as previous comments that I saw on booking, the floor carpets were very, very dirty. The air conditioner made too much noise, and the wifi was extremely slow 🐌 😴

I spend around month in this hotel in separate booking and different rooms working most of the time from hotel and spending much more time in room than normal guest would, so all information below should be considered with that in mind.
- Room was spacious with comfortable large bed
- Some rooms have very comfortable working chair with high back support
- Price-Quality relation was really good comparing to others hotel for same period( whole december + 4 days in January)
- There are a lot of different shops and places to eat in 15 minutes walk range
- Staff is very helpful
- If you for some reasons need stable internet connection then you must have back-up plan in this hotel. Speed is quite low and connection is quite often disappear from few minutes to one or two hours. This was major inconvenience for me personally
- Hotel is on a hill, so if you would return from city center direction on foot be ready to quite steep ascend
- It slowly became visible that some rooms need maintenance
- Soundproofing is quite poor. You would hear people in hall and other rooms which sometimes connected to yours with a closed door
- Breakfast is on "Boiled eggs with sausages" level, so don't get high expectations about it
- Try to avoid room 404

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is quite central, just a couple of mins to walk to a central street with shops and restaurants. The room is lighty and airy and the size is huge. Quite comfortable beds and clean, again huge bathroom. Breakfast is good and sufficient. We enjoyed our short stay.
Nothing really. Everything was as advertised.

The rooms were amazing with central heating. The room service was also fantastic. Moreover, the reception staff was very cooperative.
The breakfast was a bit dull and could be improved. I found it to be a bland. Otherwise, everything was alright.

It was my first visit to Ankara.
The checking-in was great. All the receptionists spoke English (and one of them even Russian)
Electronic keys and good free wi-fi (the password is provided after checking -in). THere's also a TV with many channels in different languages.
The rooms are huge. It is easy to live with a family of 2 adults and one or two kids in Double Delux.
There is a conditioner in the room and you can make it warmer. Also there is a central conditioning system so it is warm even if you are absent all the day.
The beds are huge with excellent linen.
There is a great bathrobe and very good white towels, as well as single-use slippers.
The bathroom is spacious with two sinks. it's warm in there becase it has a heating radiator inside.
The breakfasts are dull a bit. Boiled eggs, sausages, cereals, cucumbers, tomatoes letuce, 4 kinds of cheese, apples, cookies, jams, tea, milk. One morning I had a breakfast in the hotel (I ordered the room without breakfast, but it wasn't a problem, I just paid TL 80 in the morning before going to the hotel restaurant), the other day I went to a cafe.
The hotel is situated in a quiet street , so it's very quiet both in the evening and in the morning. And at the same time after a 10-15-minute walk you get plenty of cafes. (The Turkish coffee in the picture is from some cafe)
The breakfasts are not diverse but still ok
There are some small drawbacks in the room (there are spots on the carpet, some scratches on the walls), but overall the room is amazing!
One of the late evenings and night the staff was very loud in the lobby and clearly heard in the room but I didn't hear any neighbours, so usually it's very quiet in the room
In the bathroom some of the toileteries were half-used.
The bath screen needs some fixing as the water leaks out a bit when one is having a shower.
The panoramic windows gave some coolness in the room but the conditioner worked well.

Little choice for TV channels.

Good value for money in given location
Breakfast somewhat below Turkish standards, but still fine. Staff not fluent in English and not super fast in responding to requests (printing invoice, fixing a door lock).

This place is a hidden gem. Staff was very polite, kind and professional. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. I am definitely coming back here to stay. This hotel will not disappoint you.
The only disappointment I have about this hotel is the breakfast area and buffet. The signs are not clear so you need help finding the breakfast area. As for the buffet, Even though it is still much better than your regular continental breakfasts in any hotel in U.S.A., I was expecting little more from this hotel. But this is not something I would take points off, if they read this comment, I just want them to look at it as an area of improvements.
