Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont agréables et salle de bain parfaite en terme de taille et d'équipement.
Il faudrait sécuriser l'accès de l'établissement. Présence d'une grosse plaque de verglas.

Staff was very nice. We arrived a bit later but they kept open also the kitchen for dinner for us. We got a bit lost as it was raining a lot and I didnt realize that I had to go up the mountain side. Normally, would have been easy to find but I had no internet and no visibility because of the rain.
Place was great. My child and husband did a nice walk by the woods. Dinner was very yummy. Breakfast was also great. Room was also nice and clean.
None I can think of.

Cheerful staff and comfortable bed.
A bigger, more comfortable lounge please. Would have liked a little more dinner menu choice as we stayed for nearly a week.

well presented, great restaurant, wonderful staff
the road noise made it difficult to have the window open and we live away from roads so a problem to us but not for everyone as it is only occasional cars.
no curtain or anything on the bathroom window was a bit odd

Reservation made for the night of 17 March 2023.
We called at 6pm to announce our late arrival at 11:30pm. The lady on the phone told us that she would leave the room key at the reception with instructions for check-in. When we arrived, we realised that the door code had not been given to us and that the door was locked. 1 hour waiting for someone to open the door before resigning ourselves to looking for a hotel in Grenoble.
In other words, how to waste your weekend...
Moreover, we called back the next day to ask for explanations. The person on the phone said that she had no information about this inconvenience, that she would check before calling us back. We are still waiting for this phone call, which I think will not change anything about what we think of this place: a blatant lack of consideration towards the customers.
We called booking several times to find a solution. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all. She gave us a cliché speech and told us that she tried to reach the property by phone and even email and that she would call us 15 minutes later because it is the "classic procedure of booking". She surely did not call us back. We called another time. We are not sure if it was the same person but she finally told us that she tried to book another stay for us but there is not any avaibility in the city. Then she just hung up on us. The first hotel that we found on booking was available...

The hostal is located in the middle of the mountain and well renovated
the bed was unconfortable, the walls were so thin we could listen EVERYTHING from the neighbour. The spa (which was the hallmark of the place) wasn’t working casually for the next two weeks and we were not prevented. the personnel provided very little information. the breakfast was overpriced. the wifi was working intermitently.

A very comfortable, recently refurbished hotel with a great restaurant, situated next to a forest on a mountain pass. Great for winter retreats.

Lovely hotel in the forest. Very easy to find with ample parking. The rooms are very clean, spacious, quiet, and well appointed. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Loren speaks very good English and looked after us very well in the restaurant.

i was looking for a quiet country hotel to overnight in on my drive from Frankfurt to Nice, and came across this jewel located a short distance from Grenoble. It is a bit off the beaten path, but the drive there, both coming and going, was stunning. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. But most surprising was the great dinner I had that evening. I usually expect great food in France, but the hotel restaurant was outstanding. Add to all this the very friendly and welcoming staff. I loved it.
Can't think of anything.

Great stay: friendly and enthousiastic team, great chef (we had 4 amazing dinners!!), loads of towels in bathroom, nice wine selection, daily (free) private spa time, view of the pinetrees and starting point for a lot of hikes.
The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. This is not a problem at all, but we didn’t know. This could be communicated better and a larger trashcan in the room is handy when people stay for several nights 😊

Fantastic staff, young team with lovely ladies working at the front desk and restaurant, and a creative restaurant team with mouth-watering dessert 🍰😍🍴
