Do quarto que eu fiquei e Dos funcionários da limpeza e recepção. Todos muito solícitos. Um elogio a extra para a Joice e Michele, mas todos os outros também,, como o Carlos e algumas que não lembro o nome, são excelentes.

Voltaria no hotel , minha estadia foi excelente, fiquei muito feliz.

Os atendentes Heloisa e Daniel muito receptivos , café da manha excelente, limpeza dos quartos maravilhosa e de todo o hotel, localização muito boa dá ´para ir a pé no Mercadão e Praça da Liberdade.

Ter um estacionamento que fosse incluído na diária.

Caro para ser um hotel pouco conservado. Pode valer a pena apenas p/ viagens de negócios

A internet funciona super bem em todos os ambientes

- Limpeza e conservação: o quarto tinha manchas nas cortinas e no chão, e os eletrodomésticos eram bem velhos (tv, fogão, frigobar e microondas) - Disponibilidade de itens: um quarto para duas pessoas tinha apenas 1 prato e 1 talher disponíveis - Piscina: a piscina do hotel é bem menor do que nas imagens e não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes - Integração com booking/centralização de informações: apesar de ter adiantado todas as informações de check- e early check-in, a recepção não estava com os dados atualizados e o check-in foi bem demorado

Carnaval delicioso! Equipe excelente, café maravilhoso e muito bem localizado.

O ponto principal é a gentileza e abertura da equipe: da recepção, camareiras e restaurante, todos muito simpáticos e queridos. A localização é excelente para quem quer visitar o centro e está ótima para pegar Uber e afins. O café da manhã é excelente e a piscina é gostosa!

O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e adaptações. Os quartos não reformados estão ainda bem antigos, inclusive com ar condicionado antigo. A academia poderia ser um pouco mais completa.

Muito agradável.

Adorei o atrio interno que extende até ao piso 22 - fantastico! Outra coisa são as plantas naturais no interior. O restuarante tem uma escolha excelente e todos os pratos são bem confeccionados.

Os ventiladores podiam ser melhores, mas efectivamente não são necessarios por haver ar condicionado nos quartos., e os sofas nos apartamento podiam ser mais confortáveis.

La ubicación del hotel es buen, lo mismo que el bario donde está ubicado.

El aseo de la habitación el domingo 28 fue pésimo. La persona encargada demostró mucha pereza en la realización de su oficio. El último día hubo mucho ruido por causa de una obra en el edificio. Fue muy incómodo. En el desayuno no había té negro y el plan blanco era de mala calidad

Da localização e café da manhã.

Funcionários com semblantes fechados ( exceto garagem), faltou gás por mais de 2 horas e atrapalhou as programações, elevador panorâmico só funcionava pra andares específicos, televisor muito ruim, ar condicionado caía e expulsava água na cama e paredes…

Localização, pessoal da copa muito prestativo

Melhorar a limpesa, escada da frente suja, a camareira não arrumou nosso quarto no primeiro dia, passamos a arrumar a cama, motivo para ela não trocar as roupas de cama por 04 dias. fato mais grave e que reservamos uma das suites duplex, entraram em contato, dizendo que as suites estavam com problemas de esgoto, e iriam nos realocar para outra "melhor", sem custo adicional, mas descobrimos que era mentira, so liberaram o quarto duplex, provavelmente para uma familia maior.

Good location, great staff, needs some modernization of the rooms.

The building is amazing, the pool is great! The staff was so efficient and cordial. The breakfast was very good too.

The rooms are run down, need to be modernized. The bedsheets and towels can be a bit nicer. There was no duvet, for example, on the bed.

I wouldn't stay here

Nothing. Piles of rubbish outside of the hotel. It smelled weird, and looked unpleasant. I didn't bother to sleep there, and cancelled my stay. The guys at the front desk were very personable. The lifts barely seemed to function.

Lovely stay

Breakfast was really good, facilities really nice. A Lady called Camila helped me from early on with my reservation and whenever getting there check in was easy and fast. Housekeeping really did a great job. All staff really nice as well.

The windows could have been noise cancelling. You can hear all the noise of the city with all windows closed. Apart from that, all good.

Once a great hotel offering run-down rooms at low rates.

The location of the property is great.

What a disaster it was. My friend who I booked a room in the same reservation found his room’s door wide open, when we arrived after a dat out. It was impossible to agree with the non-English speaking staff to have the door’s lock fixed. The property itself could really use some renovation. It is now clear why the do not charge high rates. Unless you are really on a budget, I do not recommend it.

Very good

I had a small appartement with a nice view from the balcony, everything was very clean. . Breakfast buffet was the best I ever had in Brasil, big choice from sweet to savory!

Very good hotel, lovely staff, great location.

The hotel is very well located, central. Staff was excellent, everyone was very nice. The room was also very spacious and clean.

A couple things that could be better: iron in the rooms and more vegan options for breakfast and meals.
