Everything was excellent The location is clean and quiet, the space around the villa is very nicely organized and a dream view of the sea and the mountains at a glance Close to the beach and far from the noise A place where you can return with pleasure at any time

Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, really nice hosts, it had everything we needed for our stay (kitchen included) - they are always around to help, without being intrusive. Amazing view of the sunrise from the terrace. Safe location - but then, the entire area felt really safe. I would surely return.

Nothing to add as a negative.

Everything was clean, every 2nd day they have cleaned the appartement, the homeowner live nearby and you can ask him anything you don't know. He and his wife are very friendly. Every other day you get fresh bath towels.

We had a nice vacation at the isle of Kos.

Everything was wonderful, no complaints only compliments. We had the best stay we could wish for on the isle Kos. When we visit Kos again this is the place we will stay to enjoy our holidays. The owner Mr. Karafyllis is a very nice preson :-)

Nice villa, close to the beach and restaurants, quiet and with free parking.

Comfortable apartment located close to the restaurants and beach, but quiet and with an east facing terrace. Parking right outside.

The terrace had no awning so we didn't sit outside for breakfast as it was too hot. The kitchen was sparsely equipped - no chopping board and no sink plug or basin although the owners did supplier the latter quickly when asked.

Lovely apartment steps away from the beach!

The apartments are very nice and the bedrooms are totally new. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped! Parking at the property is a plus and the outdoor space that comes with each apartment is really gorgeous!!

Relaxing, quiet place with amazing sea view close to the best beaches on the island.

The house has amazing sea view, is very close to the seaside, is quiet and has large shared terrace. Beds are really large and comfortable, we did not miss anything. Great value for money!

Lovely hosts and apartment with a breathtaking view

Very well located apartments, we loved the huge terrace that belonged to out apartment. Although it was not separated from other guests so sometimes we found people sitting at our place, the amazing view to the ocean was this apartment's strong side. The hosts were very kind an helpful, we felt very welcome here, I would recommend them to everyone!

Altough our booking showd a double bed and a single bed to the apartment, we had to separate the double bed matrasses because the couch was very old and not comfortable to sleep on, fortunately our host was very helpful and helped sepatare the matrasses. We had water shortage almost every day, but tbh we heard it was an issue elsewhere in the town as well.

Perfect, quiet location with wonderful view of the sunrise over the ocean.

The view from the balcony and veranda was amazing. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. It is in a good location - you can quickly walk down to the beach and restaurants while being away from the main road. Giorgos and his wife were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in kefalos

Great location for kefalos bars. Beach and restraunts..free wifi and comfortable beds. The apartment was spacious and kept clean. Linen and towels changed every other day during our week stay.

Appartment was a bit dated. Wires covered up with decorations.

A week in Kefalos

Almost everything. Good location, close to beach + food, generous size rooms, comfy bed, very clean. Mainly very good facilities and kitchen equipment, reliable hot water. Very helpful and friendly family-run villa. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Shower curtain arrangement poorly designed, let water run onto bathroom floor. Some rooms had better outdoor space than ours (#1). Old twin hot plates not great for cooking.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area

View from the balcony and sitting area, quiet and big matrimony bed. Few steps to the beach. Very attentive owner with excellent communication.

Someone had already mentioned, there is a barking dog somewhere outside and sometimes is disturbing. (Only in the evening) Not owners fault !
