the breakfasts was very simple, I mentioned about lactose intolerance and the answer was not the expected. The hotel did not have good acoustics... the location was perfect! Pablo save our lives! Good person with good vibes!

It was central….
The staff were generally friendly
Comfortable mattress
….As it was central, it was also really noisy. Windows were old and did not keep out the noise of the traffic
Bad pillows!
Cleaning was erratic - one day they didn’t clean. One day all our soaps and shampoos were taken away!!
But for a short stay it was fine

The location was great. A bit noisy since the hotel is located on the main street, but we got to rest well regardless. The mattress was very comfortable.
The good thing is that you're close to everything. You are walking distance to most restaurants and stores.
Everything was very clean too.
It was a bit expensive in our opinion, given the fact that the breakfast was not so good. There were some days which we preferred to have breakfast somewhere else instead of in the hotel.
We assumed the price was high because of the location, because the facility is very simple, the rooms are quite small, the pool in the hotel is tiny.
We also had an uncomfortable situation one night.
We asked for a cup at the restaurant where breakfast was served and the workers there said we had to ask for this at the reception, but in this hotel there was no receptionist during the night. They knew this, but still refused to give us a cup and said we had to ask for the cup in the morning. Kind of ridiculous.
Anyhow, we found a dirty cup with dying flowers on the reception desk, so we rinsed it and borrowed it for the night and then returned it the next morning.
We had another incident on a different day. It was in the evening, there was a blackout and we got stuck in the elevator. We pressed the alarm button, but no one came, we tried calling the hotel but there was no signal. We waited for about 15 min and still nothing, I started getting desperate, so my husband pressed the lock button and pushed the elevator door open. Thankfully we had enough room to get out.
We went downstairs and asked the receptionist if she had heard the alarm, she said no, that it was broken and that they would be calling maintenance the next day. Unbelievable! It was broken from before and she knew it.
An elevator alarm needs to be functioning at all times. We saw families with small children in the hotel. What if it had been one of those families who had gotten stuck in the hotel instead of us? A facility such as a hotel needs to think of everyone's safety.
Our suggestion is that the hotel get a 24 hour maintenance person for any type of situation that could come up.
Also, a small but important detail, since there is no receptionist at night, please provide the guests with cups if they need them.

I pre-paid tonight. We had an accident here in Argentina when I could not arrive on the first night January 23. I presume that I paid for the second night. I appeared for my visit for one night and they told me that they canceled it since I didn’t show up for the first night and demanded payment of $70
