Staff were great
Sadly no breakfast available which was a little disappointing

on the pictures it looked very different.
the apartment was very old, not very clean (e.g. the bathroom) and we were freezing at night as there were no blankets suitable for the temperature…
As very frequent travelers and comparing it to other places on the island we can say that the room was just absolutely not what to expect for the money.
we chose a double bed when booking the room & even though we were almost the only guests when we arrived they told us we have 2 single beds. even if we booked just a couple of hours before we arrived we could have been informed - especially because we were contacted for other things before the arrival.

Kind and helpful staff, great location and free parking. Good working wifi. We had a room suited for handicapped people, it was big enough for wheel chair but the room itself was kinda old looking. It badly needs some facial repairs and painting refreshments.

Super clean. Honest people who care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you.
Needs a bit of modernising but we noticed the owners are already in the process of it.

Very clean. Convenient location.

One of the most quiet places I've stayed in lately. And that tops off all disadvantages listed below! Location is just around the corner near the old city. Nice window views. The room had a kitchenette fully equipped, which is very comfy and rare by itself.
Breakfast is not included. Quite far from the sea to go on foot (someone wrote ~20 min, I'd say ~40 min at best). The lights in my bathroom were burnt out. It didn't bother me much so I didn't report. My biggest complaint would be the shower as its cabin wasn't very comfortable - there were no shelves to put shower gel or shampoo while inside and the door was difficult to fold.

Quiet and nice location for restaurants and tavernas
All good

Very welcoming family run hotel. Comfortable room with kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was a good size and looked inviting. Sadly I was only staying one night so did not make use of it.

Lovely clean bright apartment. The hotel was really quiet when we went in May....often had the pool to myself! Maria and her family are so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us when we had problems with our car and treating us to homemade cakes. Yummy! I'd definitely stay at Stephanos hotel if I visited again.

Very friendly staff who greeted me personally before I had told them my name.
Large beds
Clean rooms and excellent cleaning whilst we were there.
Lovely pool.
Very close to all the restaurants and centre of town.
Excellent value for money
No ceiling fan or fly nets on the windows so room was warm and stuffy at night time (but not so much that we paid for aircon).

The location was close to nice street food. The staff was easygoing and very helpful with and our children. Nice place in general. Thanks a lot to the staff!
Everything was ok. Nothing special, but I miss anything. Maybe a restaurant on the property, but I don't know if they want it. I really recommend it for a family trip

Perfect location for walking to local bars and restaurants. Staff were always on hand if you need any assistance and were always very friendly. The hotel is situated only a short drive from the nearest beach.
The bed was king size but a bit on the low side .

Lovely staff and wonderful pool.
Would have been nice if the bar by pool was open as would have had a few drinks by the pool!
