The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely.
I liked the 4 pools and the availability of day beds and sun loungers around the pool.
Some staff were really polite and friendly.
The majority of staff were friendly and helpful, however, there were a few who were rude.
The service can be extremely slow and the availability of food and drink items is not great, yet service charge is added to every bill.
The policy for booking a late check-out should be reviewed, should not have to wait until the morning of check-out to get confirmation.
The charge for oil on linen should have been itemised, as there is no proof of the damage nor that it was an accurate charge.
Majority of cocktails contain way too much alcohol, and clearly are not measured (some may like that), I struggled to enjoy any cocktail I bought as it was too strong, despite, requesting not too much.
Street Food Wednesday- the tables for walk-ins should be reviewed, looks very derogatory just putting people in the back with cheap tables and chairs.
House of Bakery- was closed when it should have been open (according to website).
Bins in room- should have a bin with a plastic bad for food waste.
The soundproof for rooms was non-existent, can hear neighbours next door and their conversations.

The location of the resort was ideal. Close enough to the airport and a town. Quiet and lively at times. Easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room. We had a balcony facing the ocean. Good breakfast every morning was included with our stay.
The flies. They had an issue with flies in the dining area. Staff did their best to cover everything to ensure the food was safe but management really needs to address the problem.

Friendly and lively in the evenings. The bed was nicely decorated for our birthday and a bottle of wine was left in the room
Pillows were too soft

Breakfast was ok. Too repetitious tho. Variety needed.
Too many flies at the breakfast location. Annoying

The kids absolutely loved the four pools!
Limited food options. Breakfast was included in price of the stay. Ok options, maybe some cereal options for kids would be good.
Lunch and dinner menu limited and quite expensive for what it was.
Also one member of staff at breakfast was quite rude to my 5 year old, saying she couldn’t have another scrambled egg even though that’s the only thing she would eat. Did speak to a manager who was very understanding and resolved the issue.

Great location for access to the dive centre. Lovely staff.
The restaurant food was not the best quality. However the staff were lovely.

I liked the stay, and the resort had a nice local feel to it.
The breakfast didn't have bakes, Tania log, or oil down, which are important for the Grenadian experience. The food - lunch and dinner could be more local.i was very disappointed that I didn't get Tania log and oil down. The European and American in nature.

Hotel was beautiful! Even though she spent one night here it was worth it. The staff were super friendly! Rooms were clean and the included breakfast was good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

True Blue Bay Resort is a beautiful resort. It's vibrant colours and hidden pools makes it feel like you're in a Caribbean fairytale. The room was very clean, had air-conditioning and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and the room came with a large balcony area and a nice view. There's a mini beach with some loungers so you can relax in front of an ocean view as well as a pool view. The provided breakfast was very tasty (best bakes I've had in Grenada!). They kindly provided a free bottle of wine and a birthday message for my mum.
Although the breakfast was delicious, unfortunately they have a serious bird issue. The seating area is dirtied with bird droppings, which are not cleaned out of the chairs properly (I watched a woman just use the same dirty rag to wipe away droppings.. no spray or disinfectant of any kind) it's very off putting and put me off my breakfast on the second morning. There's nothing being done to keep the birds away.. I feel it's unhygienic and irritating to be ducking birds as they're very bold and will fly right past your head and even land in your table! Although it's described as a buffet, you're not allowed to take your own food and they serve you. This wouldn't be a problem if they weren't so slow - there were a couple of other issues in regards to service but I'll keep it short and just say "a smile goes a long way"..
Food and drink is pricey and they automatically include a service charge (even for opening a bottled beer and regardless of quality of service) so be prepared to spend quite a bit on food and drink. Service is slow and food in my experience didn't come out piping hot. Although the staff are nice, they're not great at informing you about the hotel, the facilities, food, entertainment etc. We had no explanation on arrival, just shown to our room.

I felt my bedroom was very spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was nice and plentiful but was predictable .
The fact that the hotel had many slopes and i was not forewarn. I have mobility issues currently and needed to be very careful when getting around. There were no handrails , very disappointed and would think twice about booking at this hotel again.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was by far the best I've gotten on a vacation.3 pools many options to relax and stay in . Thanks for making my birthday great.
They were a little to far from town will be nice if they offered a free shuttle bus to the airport or maybe for you to explore the town .Room needed a microwave.

There are all the facilities for a perfect stay: Four wonderful pools, a cozy pool bar, sunbeds in the shade and in the sun, a very good restaurant with great theme nights and live music. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional, especially the bartenders at the pool bar ensure the best atmosphere and holiday feeling. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and you have a great view from the balcony.
Nothing! It's just a pity that the pool bar has to close at 7pm. But luckily there is the bar at the Dodgy Dock Restaurant just a few meters away. ;-)
