Recht teuer.

La ubicación
El precio debería ser acorde con la infraestructura. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado.

This hotel was recommended to us by friends who spent a lot of time in Costa Rica as a great respite after a red-eye flight before heading out to the mountains. We loved it! While it is not luxurious, it is pretty and clean, the air smells great,
and it has a good vibe. The botanic gardens are exquisite. What a surprising delight! And our room was completely quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we never heard a sound. The staff were lovely and the food was great. Highly recommend!
Can't think of a thing.

The gardens were stunning with a lovely pool.
Had an excellent massage from Tiffany to relax us after an exhausting journey and Leti on reception was amazing both friendly and helpful, even spending time to show us the fascinating local currency!
Nothing to dislike.

gardens!
l didn’t like getting a letter under my door asking me few hours before checking out to come to reception to settle few bills of 60 dollars. I was already checking out in 6 hours or so why such letter chasing a client for this little amount?

The gardens are magnificent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.
We were meeting a group of people and we wanted to get together in the early evening before dinner to swap stories and get to know each other. We tried to go into the bar at 5pm and were sternly told that the bar would not open for an hour! We were going to be a group of twelve, as people trickled in from various flights. The orders that we would have put in would easily have offset the pay for a person to provide us with beverages!!!!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service and fantastic restaurant. The most amazing part was their very own private botanical garden. Went on forever and left me spellbound.
It was a bit out of the way - not close to the CBD and not close to the airport. But still worth the extra time to get there.

Loved the gardens, the restaurant and the lobby was so inviting. I sat there and did a bit of work on my computer before we left. Absolutely perfect.
Shower could have been warmer.

This hotel was simply immaculate. The staff was excellent. I last stayed here about 35 years ago. Was delighted to see the hotel still had its charm and remains extremely clean.
The breakfast was very good and filling.

The hotel is very nice but the breaskast was not good at all. Is really expensive to stay there for one night the food should be better.

We stayed twice in the hotel, the first and the last night of our trip. Only the first night we had a room with a view into the vast gardens, which is highly recommendable! We brushed our teeth with a view on dancing Monarch butterflies 😃.
The gardens are awesome, don’t miss out on a stroll both at day- and nighttime!
The room was spacious, light and clean, so was the bathroom. Shower was hot (not a given on our trip). The breakfast was very good, some dinner options not so much (the Sopa Azteca was a bit disappointing).
The lamp above the bathroom sink is hanging quite a bit too low - we regularly hit our head.

I liked everything about the hotel, staff very pleasant, I felt at home. The garden was just exceptional. They cleaned the rooms everyday. The restaurant food was good and also the staff very pleasant and welcoming.
I liked everything about the hotel. It will be nice to inform guests that new rules are in effect with travel on taking covid-19 testing and that the hotel can schedule someone coming to take the test. On the day before I was going to take the test at the hospital, I found out that a nurse was at the property to take a covid test for another guest but they said he can't take the test for me because I will need to fill out a form.
I think that should be mentioned to guests as they come and whether they will stay until end of their travel and schedule the test.
