Room condition was superb.
Also dinner was very delicious !
The bath inside the room was little hot though.

The room - including the incredible view and en suite onsen - was absolutely incredible and perfect for me and my teenage daughters. But the food… for me, that was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay was out of this world and a beautiful way to experience Hokkaido — our first time there. The service was fantastic, start to finish — we always felt welcome and cared for. I read about this hotel in The NY Times, and it delivered, 100 percent. Highly recommend, 10/10!

i was sooo happy with my one night experience in this hotel , we took the free shuttle bus from Sapporo station to the hotel and it was relaxing and great , the staff were welcome and so nice with us especially one of the front desk staff ( a guy who was very kind and friendly , speaking english so well and was helping us a lot with everything especially with finding the best way to go back to Sapporo then to the airport for our flight ) , the room was amazing and big , the view was great too and it was well equipped with everything you need for your stay there , we tried the full body massage too and it was done perfectly and the highlight for me was the dinner and breakfast experience since we can not eat meat as muslims they prepare a full course Japanese seafood cuisine and it was the best way to try the Japanese food there , we got a complimentary Japanese dessert also , the hotel is near to many attractions in the area and it was walkable , there was a store in the hotel if u need something but also there is a grocery store nearby . Definitely worth the visit and if you are in Sapporo .
you need to contact the property to reserve a seat for the shuttle bus even though its free of charge , also its a one hour ride to the hotel from Sapporo and the shuttle bus just comes once in the day , i wish they can schedule it more than once or has a route to the airport directly .

My friends and I loved the food served, that is both dinner and breakfast. The meals and the arrangements are superb.
We had a room for four people. The hot spring tub in the room seems a little bit small for us. We could only do foot bath (ashiyu) together. And for sure, the public hot spring is spacious and modern.

Hospitality and kindness of stuff members, cuisine, a comfortable and spacious room and wonderful hot bath experience!

We love everything about the room we stayed in especially the private onsen. The dinner was excellent and exceeded our expectations.
For the price we are paying, it would be nice if there were more snacks and drinks offered.

The excellent view from the room and the private onsen. Super clean room
Can put some effort to upkeep the private onsen tiles.
Also, food was good but sadly I couldn't finish enjoying all dishes.😔

Super great experience. Although there was a minor hiccup at check in, everything else went smoothly and was great onward. They were able to accommodate for my dietary restrictions during both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were clean, modern, and great as well. Even the most basic onsen room was super large, especially for Japanese standards. The in room onsen was really great as well and just sitting there looking out into the snowy landscape was such a wonderful experience. The amenities provided are also super nice. The bus transport is also really convenient to/from Sapporo station and it takes you to the hotel right at check in and from the hotel right at check out (2pm and 11am). Staff were super friendly and helpful and the little snack shop/bar/coffee area/library on the first floor were also super nice places (make sure to get the burdock wasabi chips!). The large onsen on B1 is also super nice! Definitely recommend this hotel in Jozankei and you definitely get your money's worth!
Nothing!
