Our stay initially started well with the staff being very helpful and kind offering to help when I was stuck at Bernu after realising the connecting bus only runs Mon - Fri. The staff kindly offered to collect me if I made it to Wantiz, where in the end I decided to walk from as my baby was sleeping.
Unfortunately my stay with my baby daughter which had intended to be a restful night away from Berlin together was a complete disaster. The hotel put our room directly above their function room where they were hosting a party which was so loud the room was shaking and the music might as well of been in the same room. From 8.30pm when I tried to put my baby down to 11.30pm when she woke for the 5th time screaming the music was like a nightclub. I called to complain & ask when the music would be off and was told soon… at 12.30am with the music only getting louder I had to leave my baby in the room to go to reception almost in tears. The music shortly turned off. After such an ordeal I however could not sleep for hours again afterwards.
Hotel management should have never have place a guest with a baby above a function room AND should have let me know this. I understand my 1 night stay isn’t comparable to the money they would get from hosting a party but I am still a guest.
To be offered 20 € back as compensation when I complained further and ASKED for a refund was honestly quite shocking, you book a hotel to sleep at very minimal and we couldn’t do this. A full refund would have been appropriate in this circumstance & was very insulting it wasn’t offered.
Kind & helpful staff initially but poor hotel booking management & very poor judgment on compensating their customers afterwards.

A pleasant surprise as our expectations were low considering past experiences with similar hotels. It's a bit old but well kept and they seem to do all they can with what they have. The location is nice and in a quiet area. Breakfast was good.
A little bit difficult for the staff to manage English but we could understand each other in the end...

The room was big, very clean and comfortable.
Good beds to sleep in.
The staff was was professional.
The breakfast was mediocre: there were no fresh pastries/bred rolls, no bio-products. All pre-baked. no fresh fruits.
There was a construction side in front of my window, which has really been very disappointing.

Nice location right next to a beautiful lake, good to be able to stay overnight. Like the rooms facing the garden, so you don't hear the noise from the cars.
The staff is grumpy and not really friendly. Looks like they don't really enjoy their work. Which is a pity, because if they loved what they're doing the hotel could be so nice... Also, a bottle of water for 6 euro is a bit of an overkill.

The location is great – the closest accommodation to Liepnitzsee that you are going to find in this area. The breakfast is nice and the hotel´s restaurant and bar are great, if you are not vegan.
It was difficult for me to keep sleeping after the sun rise because the curtains do not block the sun. Obviously, a Jägerheim is not a friendly place for vegans. So be aware of that, in case you do not know this part of the German culture.

Location was perfect (we arrived by bike from Buch), restaurant was tasty, and the bed and bathtub were both very very nice after a long day of hiking, biking, and swimming. Love that they're dog friendly too :)
The wifi didn't work. The restaurant is right across from a lush community garden, so we wished they had used more local vegetables instead of frozen ones.

Very spacious room. Great bed with good mattresses. Good breakfast buffet. It's very quiet and you can go for a walk to the lake. Beware of mosquitoes though. Parking is across the hotel.

Despite works in progress on the street and in the entrance, I feel to be in an other time , like in old movie.

Nice hotel, very close by from the lake, in a calm area. The hotel workers were nice and helpful. The breakfast was a standard one and the menu of the restaurant was a good mix of choices. The terrace was very enjoyable for breakfast and dinner.
The sanitary measures were not really applied, none of the workers nor the hotel clients were wearing masks and it was not enforced either. We also booked for a room wit a balcony/terrace but did not have one and could not change room because it was fully booked (which apparently is a booking.com issue)
