Esperienza terribile!

La posizione. La pensione si trova vicino (10 minuti a piedi) al museo Guggenheim e a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bilbao.

Il prezzo è troppo alto per ciò che offre la pensione! 1- La stanza è piccola con pochissimi mobili e abbiamo messo per terra le valigie. Non c'è l'aria condizionata e durante la notte si suda tantissimo. Inoltre la finestra della stanza si affacciava su delle scale molto frequentate e quindi, per non farci vedere, siamo stati costretti a stare con la finestra chiusa! I letti sono comodi. In aggiunta la camera non è insonorizzata e quindi si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dall'esterno. 2- Il bagno è piccolo e non c'era neanche un tappetino per la doccia. Inoltre non c'è il phon. 3- Non è prevista la colazione ma si può farla (portandosi il cibo) in una stanzetta dove c'è una macchinetta a pagamento per il caffè. Ho trovato il tavolo sempre sporco. Non c'erano tovaglioli a disposizione per coloro che volessero mangiare.

La atención al hacer el check in, la ubicación muy cerca de la ría, las cajas muy cómodas, la posibilidad de parking a un precio muy razonable

Las instalaciones necesitan reforma: el agua se salía de la bañera, las puertas carcomidas por la humedad...

Perfecte plek voor bezoek van Bilbao met auto.

Nette locatie met parkeergelegenheid in garage voor 10€. Gelegen langs drukke weg maar daar geen lasr van gehad. Je loopt binnen no time vanaf hoog naar het Guggeheim museum en verder de stad in, zou je zonder verblijf niet doen maar mooie entree. Heel vriendelijk personeel

Reoacón calidad- precio óptima

La ubicación, el trato del personal, la comodidad del colchón y la limpeiza. Olía muy bien a jabón y a limpieza. Aparcamos en el mismo hotel por 10 euros más por día y resultó muy cómodo.

Se oían mucho las tuberías y duchas de las habitaciones contiguas. El tema del sonido incomodaba mucho el sueño. No había más que un dispensor para jabón de dudha y chamú al mismo tiempo. Muy limitado el tema aseo. Habitación muy pequeña para tres personas. En realidad era una doble (no una triple) con una cama añadida. Apenas había espacio para moverse. Muy corto el tema enchufes para tres personas. Teniend o en cuenta temá móviles y tablets fue bastante incordio a la hora de cargar nuestros aparatos.

Demasiado caro

A 5 minutos del Guggenheim y 20 del casco antiguo, aunque hay que subir cuestas. Tiene parking por 10€ al día, que te dejas de preocupar por el coche.

Mucho ruido exterior, se escuchaban mucho las duchas y las otras habitaciones, además nuestra habitación daba a la carretera y también se escuchaban los coches y camiones. No funcionaba la calefacción y la habitación estaba bastante fría, hacían faltas más mantas. Entiendo que por ser Semana Santa los precios eran más elevados, bastante caro en relación calidad precio.

Ideal gelegen für Stadtreisen

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Trotz naher Lage der Pension an der Hochstraße am Puente La Salve war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Zum Frühstücken war man schnell in einer der kleinen Bars, wie z.B. im Restaurant Haven mit Freisitz in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung. Und das ganz entspannt, da an keine Zeiten gebunden. Von der Pension waren es nur 5 Gehminuten bergab zur Uferpromenade und 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Über den Puente La Salve erreicht man in wenigen Minuten am anderen Ufer das Guggenheim Museum. Alles in Allem ein gute Ausgangslage für Städtebummler zum Übernachten.

POR ENCIMA DE SU PRECIO

Ubicación espectacular a 5 min andando del Guggenheim. El personal nos atendio esplendidamente. Acceso directo al parking que ademas es muy barato. En definitiva, una estancia estupenda!!!. Gracias!!

Proper en vriendelijk pension aan de rand van de stad.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, ook later inchecken was geen probleem voor hun. Zeer propere kamer! Vlak naast de brug bij het Guggenheim museum, dus je bent meteen de stad in.

PERFECTO ALOJAMIENTO CON BUENA UBICACIÓN

El recepcionista fue muy atento en todo momento, explicándonos todo lo necesario y guiándonos durante nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones funcionan mediante código, por lo que no hay que preocuparse de una llave. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, con baño equipado con lavabo, váter y bañera con plato de ducha. Una experiencia muy positiva, sin duda, repetiremos. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra a literalmente 5 minutos de la parada del Euskotren "Matiko", que tan sólo está a 2 paradas del Casco Viejo.

Por decir algo, en una de las salas comunes (que tiene 2), hay una máquina dispensadora de snacks y bebidas, que contaba con pocas existencias.

Value for money, we needed a last minute room close to the airport. Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms were clean & comfortable

Walls are really thin unfortunately so didn’t sleep well due to next door guests using the bathroom, other guests going up & down the stairs & corridors.

An old but clean hotel. Very friendly staff! Good parking space! 5 star location with 15 minutes walk to Guggenheim and 15 minutes to the old city! Excellent stay in all!

Nice location and host, room was very warm and when we opened the windows many mosquitos came inside

I hope they can put a mosquito fence in front of the windows. It got really warm inside with no fans so when we opened the windows many mosquitos came inside and kept us awake haha

It was OK but I think there are better places in Bilboa for my money.

It was very clean and well maintained. Parking is available for 10 Euro a night. Beds were comfortable. Toons were a good size Good security.

The wi-fi was shocking. There was no tea making facilities in the room. Not enough towels provided for two people. No lift which is a problem when you have large suitcases.

Close to riverside

Location and the manner of getting in the room and the hotel by entering a code, no need to carry around keys. Also check-out was nice until 12:00.

The staff is nice.

The room smelled like tobacco, but the staff said they were full and couldn't change me to another room. It's very noisy - I could hear everything from the rooms next door (conversations, if they have dropped somethings, even the toilet) and a lot of 'outside' noise (traffic and people).Had to sleep with noise cancelling headsets. Also the location is not good, in spite of the reviews. It felt that it was on the 'wrong' side of the river. To go to the museum you have to either walk in some weird places, under bridges and hidden accesses or climb a very long set of stairs. It was hard to go places with public transportation, if you were going to the old part of the city or the airport.

Reasonable value, clean and functional room

Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Secure storage area for bicycles, however this was not accessible first thin in the morning when we were there but there was plenty of room to secure 2 bikes out of the way in the coffee area.

Decor tired. Neither the snack machine nor the coffee/hot water downstairs were functioning when we stayed. No fan or air conditioning so might get too hot.

We like all!

Great location and own parking even for two cars (additional 10 euro/car. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was upgraded. Hotel is quite old but clean. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to Guggenheim Museum and down town. Good value for money.

No AC - in summer could be very hot inside (we actually like it) but for people who don't like hot temperature could be hard.
