Posizione ottima!

Le camere erano molto grandi e accoglienti. La camera matrimoniale aveva il bagno in camera.

Nella camera matrimoniale c’era puzza di fogna e avendo solo una piccola finestra era molto buia. Il condizionatore era solo nel salotto e non arrivava nelle altre camere.

It was a decent stay but it did not "wow" me and therefore would not stay again.

Great location. Decent communication with the host.

It was not as clean as I'd hope. The photos made it looks much nicer but in person it felt a bit more run down. The Apartment entry is also a bit drab.

Barcelona ramblas holiday

We enjoyed staying here well located well equipped 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms so spacious and lovely.Close to everything as well as metro and restaurants.Will recommend highly.

Location and cleanness of the apartment

The only issue we had was the aircon it is only in the living room and at night the bedrooms were unbearably stuffy other than that it was perfect location was great and apartment was very clean.will definitely use again if aircon was sorted

Good location, but read carefully what to expect

great location easy check-in anytime

bad smell and too hot in the rooms, the windows from the rooms was only into shaft, it was not pleasant for sleeping at all, fortunately we were group of good friends so we could leave the doors open in the whole apartment. Otherwise we would be probably dead by now of heat and no air or bad air

Potential but little touches missing for the cost!

Spacious and clean, great location!

Little things were lacking - air con only in the front room, no plug for the bath, lighter had ran out of gas for the stove, couldn’t unplug the sink, a lot of the finishings were looking a little tired (kitchen especially)

Excellent Apartment in great central location

The apartment is very well placed being just opposite the Guell Palace and only a couple of minutes from La Rambla. It is spacious and very clean & comfortable.

There is only 1 air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. This means the bedrooms are extremely hot and you cannot close the doors to the rooms or open any windows. If the owner does not want to put more AC units the very least they should do is to provide ceiling fans in each bedroom. There was also a bit of a bad smell from the drains in the kitchen on our second day.

Nice Convenient stay in a very active area in Barcelona.

Location was very important as the apartment was right in the middle of the Action area.

Building was old, and not very bright .. which was ok as we didn't stay at the apartment much.

Would not recommend this accomodation.

Proximity to old town and port

Only one Airconditioner and too small to even cool the lounge where it was located. No other rooms had Airconditioners or even fans. Very uncomfortable to sleep at night and it wasn’t even extremely hot days. Kitchen very poorly equiped. Bathroom shower attachment kept coming off and water leaked all over floor, poorly drained and positioned. Asked for a small ex tension of one hour to checkout and was declined, no flexibility. As check in was not until 3 pm there would seem to be plenty of time to clean the rooms. Elevator was extremely slow and felt unsafe. Found a dead mouse inside front door. Overall one of our worst accomodations since travelling in Spain and Portugal and also the most expensive.

Great location, smart, clean apartment.

Everything we needed and in a great location. the apartment was clean, safe and secure. Check in was easy and questions were quickly answered.

We requested more pillows, not a big deal.

Great location. Nice, clean, well equipped apartment.

Location, near tourist area, yet in a residential area. Gave us a glimpse of local life. Close to shopping, dining, transportation. Clean apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

No information on operating heating and cooling system. Shower floor was very slippery. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot.

Great spacious apartment close to all amenities and some amazing sights

Clean and spacious with large rooms Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Sound proof windows were a great asset

Would have liked to have some paper towels and a little extra dish soap and laundry detergent. Also, in previous stays at other rentals some cooking supplies were left from other renters (cooking oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc. Check in was very confusing and we weren’t able to get a second key card

Large apartment, comfy beds, great location.

The apartment was really spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and a nice size kitchen with lots of things provided. We really enjoyed our stay here.
