Good location to Wilson Airport - good place to stay for the night when flight next day. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good. Secure hotel.
It’s not 5 star. The breakfast was good but on the expensive side. Booked an airport transport with hotel but no one turned up at main airport.

Great hotel, professional and very friendly staff, huge room with king size bed, extremely clean and everything was u to the level. The restaurant has delicious food, and again, all the service staff awesome. I would really mention the waiter in the restaurant Lydia, she was so professional, skilled and patient every time I had visited the restaurant as well as Kaisha in the coffee and cake lounge in the lobby. Awesome people. Thanks!
Can’t find really something that I did not like

Pequeno almoço bom
5 estrelas em África, são 4 estrelas na Europa

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Das Bad, speziell die Dusche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und benötigt eine Generalsanierung.

Check-in took almost one hour. The workers at reception didn't know what they needed to do. The euro and dollar exchange rates are disappointingly low and they have no chance to return.
Buffets at restaurants are expensive and there are not so many sorts of food.
We ordered a taxi for 3:45 am and we waited until 4:15 am

A ton of delicious choices for breakfast and reasonable prices. Beautiful gardens and pool was fun! The massage in the spa was heavenly, the best I ever had!! I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone!
TV bigger in room, couldn't see it. Shower leaked onto floor.

The Hotel Location, Service, room and staff were so great.

Breakfast was very good. Room large, comfortable and clean.
Went to use the pool one morning and was told by pool staff it was closed for cleaning until 11am but people were using it half an hour later.
Concierge desk staff were a bit dismissive of finding out information for me.

Food was terrible. Pool was awful. The pool attendant sat there watching things on his phone (loud) all day. The aircon didn’t work. Had to move rooms. Taxi costs were ridiculously high. Never again

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was easy to order room service. The hotel breakfast is wonderful and very well run.
However on my second day I was suffering from a bad migraine and I wanted to stay in the room. I ran out of water but when I rang reception they told me it was their policy to only issue one bottle and that they could support me in getting more.
I had to go in an Uber to the shop and I was really sick.

Very nice hotel! Staff was extremely polite and were very social with me but I am a people person!
Nothing bad to say!

Spotless, staff helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant, gym and pool on site also. Exactly what we needed after our last week on Safari. Airport shuttle perfect also for an early flight

This has all the makings of a great hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely furnished. The gym was great, pool looked nice, and the location was good.
Something in the room (not sure what) messed with my allergies a lot. I had a lot of sinus pressure and intense headache, I literally would not have been able to stay in the room for more than the 1 night we did. My husband also had a mild allergic reaction. Rooms/carpets need to be cleaned and aired out to reduce this. Otherwise there was a lot of back and forth about an airport shuttle (which was 4 times the price of an Uber) which was eventually resolved.

The facilities and areas that are available to use are great, there is a lot on offer if you just wanna stay at the hotel for the day. All in all I had a great time staying there and using everything on offer
The building is a little outdated and the place could do with some TLC. I saw them painting while there so hopefully it’s getting some attention and will look a bit more like a 5* hotel should. The spa areas, sauna and steam where a bit grubby and while I was there the sauna broke in the ladies area. That was another thing, I didn’t realise that the spa areas for both men and women were separated, I went there with my partner and I was a bit disappointed that we could sauna and steam together

Large clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Personnel are attentive and friendly!
Liked it :)

Breakfast was great and location to both airport and city great
The room booked was meant to accommodate 2 guests with adjoining rooms however that wasn't done for the price....had to rebook another room
4.1
Location is perfect.
Okay for the price, has a lot of potential for improvement.
The staff at breakfast were particularly unattentive even with very few patrons present.
Gym needs to be cleaned.
The hotel has a stupid rule about not having alcohol from outside. I would understand if the rule applied to the restaurant and bar. People are likely to buy alcohol at the airport while traveling, where are they supposed to take the alcohol if in transit like in my case?

the location is central to everything and hotel is very clean
food at breakfast time. the flys are all over the fruit and pastries as nothing is covering them.

Nice rooms and accomodations.
Specially Anthony in the reception and Maureen, the medic that helped us.

The best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel was at Boma Nairobi today. The breakfast had varieties. Was at a place where one can enjoy the morning..sunrise. The attendants were very courteous.
my access kept disturbing every time I got out of the room. I would not access the room until an assiatant came from the reception. The receptionist told me it was because of my phone. But I didnt put the phone and the card in the same pocket while i was out. I forgot my charger in the room and i wrote an email which has not been reponded to

The employees were the only positive aspect during our stay. They were friendly, accommodating and did their job with warmth and hospitality. But that was the only good thing about this hotel. The location is great for the airport nearby but the area surrounding is also not the greatest area to walk or feel comfortable in.
The hotel is extremely old and outdated and honestly disgusting in some regards. The cleanliness level is passable but not even close to being at the correct standard for a five star hotel. The AC was terrible, barely cooling the room and making sounds the whole night.
The bathroom was old, grimy and one of the rooms bathroom was mouldy!!
Breakfast was also very poor, was only slightly salvaged by the egg and waffle station.
This hotel was established in 2013 and not a thing has been updated since then. Will not go back or recommend anyone to do so until a complete renovation is done.

Very comfortable hotel
Prices of drinks in Tembo were too high
A cappuccino for 700 Ksh is ridiculous
Same for house wine 800 Ksh for one glass.

Excellent staff specially Jefferson from the reception. He was really helpful, competent and professional. I came from long travel and he was to kind to make my check-in process very smooth. Mohamed

the hotel looks amazing
the staff was unhelpful and kept promising fixes that never happened

a very good hotel, with a great infrastructure and an excellent Spa! The massage I had was fantastic.
The bed pillows had a bad smell and on the last day an insect appeared that climbed through the bathroom drain but otherwise everything was very good.

The property is located quite close to the Airport. very secure. The Resturant is open till quite late and there is 24 hour service from the Resturant. The rooms are spacious and to modern standards.
The administration is quite slow. There are many staff at the reception but not trained to check in and out! This should be automated to a large extent. When we checked out our last breakfast was missed out in error. Instead of reaching out to us to pay, they charged the waiter, which was quite harsh considering that the breakfast is so expensive according to Kenya standards.
