L'emplacement

Great location, a walking distance from beautiful places and central areas. Patio with bike shed, tables and chairs, a pub and a restoran just around the corner.
Event though the bathroom was big, there is no hangers, furniture nor shelves to put toiletries.
On weekends the neighborhood could be a bit noisy, nothing terrible.
4.0 / 5.0
The location, very close to the center, the friendly staff and the quietness of the apartment.
A small freezer would have been good, to be able to store semi-prepared foods, the twisted stairs and the different way of closing the three doors.

Close to all the attractions in Aarhus
Very small bathroom and the shower would wet the whole floor

Clean and fully furnished apartment, close to the city center and also to the seafront. Great option for apartment living in Aarhus. Kitchen facilities were clean and had everything that is needed for self-catering.
An Apple TV or chromecast would have been a nice addition. Also, noisy seagulls on the roof was a bit of a problem during the night.

It was clean ... except for the pans and the hot plates on the cooker, something was stuck like glue on one of them and stank when hot.
It was small, noisy and right on the pavement, the window blinds are inadequate and the windows are old. It is in need of renovation and nowhere near as good as one is led to believe from the advertised photo's! Very few pans, odd, cracked and chipped crockery. Electric socket loose in wall. It was however generally clean and in a good location. It's expensive for what it is and a rip off compared to other places we've stayed at a comparable star rating. I would not stay here again.

What a wonderful little studio in the perfect location in Aarhus! Everything was wonderful!
Nothing. This place is fabulous.

it’s a bigger space compared to hotel rooms around this price range

This was an excellent choice for my needs. The location was perfect - close to the dock, and less than 1 km from the railway station; 10 minutes walk to the bus station to the University Hospital, and just 200 metres to the bus station for 'Flixbus' to CPH airport, and just 10 minutes to a REMA1000 supermarket. The staff was exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to look after me as a person, not just a 'reservation'. I had 2 different rooms during my stay (due to late booking on my part). The first was a studio, which was small, but was on the ground floor and had everything one could need (except an electric jug); the 2nd was a very spacious 1-BR apartment up a spiral staircase - I was sorry I only had one night there, as I could have happily stayed a week. I would highly recommend this property to others who prefer apartment-style accommodation. Two thumbs up from me!
The only minor drawback was the pub on the corner was rather busy till late on Friday night (only noticeable in rooms overlooking the street).

The room was clean and had lots of space. It was in a good location, right next to the station and in the city center. I didn't have a room next to the street, so it was quiet. kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes so we were able to bring food back to the room easily.
For the price it felt like I was being robbed. There are no toiletries in the rooms, so no shampoo/conditioner or body soap. You're told to go and buy some, which for a 150usd per night hotel, it kind of ridiculous.
It felt like they were checking amenity boxes without actually providing the amenity. Yes there was a coffee maker and tea kettle, but no coffee or tea, you have to bring your own.
the shower didn't have a curtain, so water gets everywhere. it just felt like the property cheaped out, and considering how much the room cost, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

It was central with easy access to shops and restaurants.
For a property advertised as a “hotel apartment” there was no evidence that this was part of a hotel. The property opened directly on to the street (which was noisy with two pubs close by). Security concerns meant that we couldn’t leave the window open so it was airless and too hot at night. There was no of evidence of any staff around.
The property was situated in a pedestrian area so it wasn’t possible to bring luggage to the door in the car. Nearby parking was quite expensive (around £50 for two nights).
The entire property was smaller than a decent sized hotel room and was very basic - it had the feel of a student bedsit.

everything was as expected. very good location.
i would suggest an espresso machine in the room. it's hard to find roasted coffee for filter machine at the shops.

It was without breakfast but with great places for morning coffee nearby.
Add shampoo and shower gel.

A very convenient location in central Aarhus. Good communication from host. 10 minute walk from railway station. Small but functional apartment. Aarhus is well worth visiting particularly Den Gamle By and ARoS art museum.
Right on street front so quite noisy late into the evening.

Fantastic location. So close to everything. Great communication.
Both our apartments windows were on the road so was pretty noisy at night.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. Well equiped kitchen. The apartments were clean. Nice that the apartments had a small table and two chairs, so we could eat breakfast there.
The apartments are a bit too small. We booked two identical apartments but one of them seemed smaller than the other. Fine with single beds, but strange that they are placed so far from each other. The TV in one of the apartments did not work, one of the lights in the other apartment neither - but to be fair, we did not contact the reception about this, during our stay.

There was no hot water for shower for our 2 nights stay

Location.
1. I arrive to Aarhus 3 hrs. before check-in, I said them please tell me when the apartment is ready because I am in a bar with my suitcase waiting, they told me ok, we will tell you, I still waiting their answer. It is just being nice with people that will pay you near 1000 €.
2. From the day before arriving problems to pay.
3. Old apartment that needs improvements.
4. When you get up from bed or sofa you can hit your head.
5. Very hot inside, you need to open every window.
6. From 06:00 you have a lot of light in your room.
7. Shower without curtain so when you finish your shower all the floor is wet.

Perfect location and fully equipped. Clean and super convenient.
Check out process is cumbersome with the requirement of dropping a key that is needed to open the entry door inside a mail box. Luckily wasn't on my own and could come up with a plan to not be locked

Location is great, close to train station and even closer to mall and shopping
Not informed that there is no lift and we got a room on level 3.

Really convenient location. Big work desk and good lighting.
No luggage storage. There is no washing machine in the room. The coin laundry in the yard requires Danish coins.
