Très belle vue, piscine agréable.
Restaurant très bien, du choix.
Chambre familiale pratique, propre.

Staffs are friendly.
We were free to move around.
1. Safety, is there really safety? Or I been scared since our side is facing in bushes and there is no light.
2. No cakes no enough drinks, like potency, strawberry lips at least sweet drinks
3.no TV, atleast for kids or perhaps adults.

We got upgraded upon arrival which was very nice. The room and bed were spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The facility is beautiful with views from the pool over the hills around Windhoek. I had a nice conversation with the girl in the reception during my breakfast and she payed a lot of attention to my needs which made my last day in Windhoek very memorable. Thank you for your service

Great location
Food and staff good, early departure so we're given a packed breakfast
Didn't realise the rooms were 2 bedrooms
3 adults = 2 booked rooms = 7 beds 🛌 😑

Loved the view by the pool. Love how peaceful it was and loved the privacy.

Very nice hotel. Staff were excellent. Very convenient to the airport.
Our room was fine but it was not the room that we booked. Toiletries consisted of one bottle that said shampoo but didn’t feel like shampoo… not sure what it was.

The room and location was perfect.
There was a cat roaming around and some of us are allergic. The cat furs were also on the chairs.
The Wi-Fi was also limited to the restaurant and wasn't available in the rooms.

Exactly half way between Windhoek and the airport, quite location despite being close to the main road, had an onsite restaurant and the price was low. Manager accommodated our chnage of date after we were forced to change flights.
The staff were not very nice and most of them seemed unhappy to be there. We did not experience any caring or customer service. They ran out of items at breakfast accommodating a larger group and the chef had a real attitude when we asked for more. Despite our changing our date to two nights later, we were told we had a room on their terrace which are nice pool facing rooms with thatched roofs and outdoor seating areas. When we got there we were told by the manager that her boss had made a mistake as the rooms were going to a large group coning in from Germany later that night and instead given a boxy, uninteresting room next to the driveway with 4 single beds for two of us which was really not very comfortable or enjoyable. We voiced our unhappiness about this and told they would see if anyone did not arrive and move us if they did not. Nothing happened. We ate both lunch and breakfast in their onsite restaurant and the flies were out of control really impacting our meal.

Friendly staff and a good selection of food - especially if you’re feeling a little adventurous. Quiet location in close proximity to the airports so more than ideal if you’ve just landed and need to sleep or if you have an early flight to catch.
The rooms are huge and clean but lacking in the form of entertainment. After the bar closes at 10pm there is quite literally nothing to do. it would have been ideal to either have a TV in the room to watch or if the Wifi extended to the rooms to use a phone. Other than that - exceptional.

We made a reservation & paid in full via booking.com. On arrival the establishment requested an additional amount that was not communicated.
We ordered a Rump Steak - unfortunately far below standard. Rather have easy meals available and avoid the expectation of a delicious steak etc.

The Trans Kalahari Inn is ideally situated close to the International Airport. We had an early flight so it was ideal for us to stay the night. The room was very large and very quiet. The restaurant was very good and starts servicing meals earlier than most places. There was parking outside the room. An excellent place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.
