Exceptional

My family and I stayed at Tenuta Martinelli for 6 days and loved every minute of it! The property is really beautiful and the owners are very hands on and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast with home made cakes every morning. The room was spacious and clean. We loved all the beautiful details with the vintage Fiat 500s, the beautifully decorated villa, the pool area and the garden. It's a peaceful oasis, just outside Monopoli. The nearby beach is also great, with good cliff diving for our teenagers. Would definitively stay here again!

Very good

The hosts were so welcoming and very friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The rooms kept lovely and cool during the heatwave!

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable. It could perhaps do with a bit of an update.

Lovely accommodation near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Tenuta Martinelli. The hosts are very lovely people and always keep in mind your wishes and make a great breakfast! It's super relaxing to stay at the pool, and the location is ideal to go to restaurants and several beaches nearby. On our 2 week itinerary in Southern Italy this was by far the best accommodation we stayed at! Thanks again for our stay.

Just something very minor which was that the AC had some problems. However, we notified the hosts about this late in the evening (11:30), and they came to fix it right away. There is not really a real con I can think of.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. Everything about our experience was perfect - from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Words can’t describe how amazing this property and the family is. We truly felt like home away from home. First, we mixed up the buses and they came pick us up from the station. We were so grateful after all this travelling. My sister is vegan and every morning they prepared her special breakfast that even at the best hotels she didn’t get (?!). Everything was perfect. The hospitality, vibes, kindness… the pool, oh the pool. Best B&B in Puglia and we will come back for sure!🤌🏻 Thank you for an amazing Italian experience!

The location is perfect for exploring beautiful Puglia. The B&B is very pretty and so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves alot! Anna and her husband were so welcoming and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Their pastries at breakfast were fabulous 👌 We would definitely return there should we go back to Puglia again, excellent choice.

Beautiful B&B with very friendly people. A very good breakfast. Every day fresh and different kinds of homemade cakes! If for example a light was broken they immediately fixed it.They had good tips for visiting towns. Compliments to the owners Anna and Vito! And the rest of the staff (Erica for breakfast)!

We loved our stay here!

Our hosts were just amazing - so friendly, generous and helpful. The B&B is large but there's not too many rooms so it's so nice and peaceful, and is set in beautiful grounds with a lovely swimming pool. We loved spending our afternoons relaxing here after a morning of exploring the local towns. Our room was simple but really spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely. The location is great if you have a car, you are within easy reach of lots of lovely places.

Superb

We had a fabulous stay at B&B Tenuta Martinelli. The hosts were truly exceptional and made us feel so welcome and like treasured guests, a real family affair. The property is beautiful and conveniently situated close to Monopoli. The breakfast is spectacular with lots of home cooked delights. We couldn’t have chosen a better option and would love to come back and stay again.

The only recommendation I would make is maybe a slightly better mattress and full length mirror in the rooms.

A peaceful oasis

The B&B was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed everything from the comfortable bed and meticulously clean room to the green and peaceful pool area and the spectacular breakfast. The owners were lovely and helpful, even guiding us to a local pizzeria late in the evening upon arrival. We felt at home and would come back any time.

There is really nothing we did not like.

Great!

Very nice B&B! Anna and her husband were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The place was confortable and very typical of Puglia. It was easy to visit Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello from there. There is a parking space to park your car too 😊 I would definitely recommend this place!

we would highly recommend to stay at tenuta martinelli. anna and vito are just the most friendly and amazing hosts you could ask for. we felt welcomed and happy from the first second on. the place is perfectly located just next to monopoli, super clean, and on top lovely decorated. the pool area is relaxing and the breakfast offers everything you need and wish for. out of many hotels in puglia this was definitely the place where we felt most welcomed and home.

Holiday in Puglia

We had the most fantastic holiday here. The property is clean, spacious and quiet. The room has everything you need including fridge, hair drier and good air con. The pool area is stunning. Lovely clean blue pool. Palm trees around the pool give it a great holiday feel. The owners are kind and friendly, there if you need anything but also leave you to it. Generously deliver drinks to you too when around the pool which they don’t have to. Free parking also. Delicious breakfast. Thank you for having us’

Perfect stay with the family. Very close to nice places and beaches.

I liked the owners - they were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is also beautiful and the swimming pool was loved by my kids. The breakfests were also very good.

I would suggest to add some basic cutlery, glasses, plates etc. in the room. Since we stayed sometimes a bit longer at the location it would be useful to have a knife, plate and glasses handy in the room.

Excellent small B&B, very friendly and helpful owner.

The location is perfect for exploring Puglia, 10min drive from both Monopoli and Polignano. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool was excellent.
