Amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Access to the sea water. Pool. Staff. Food.

Quality of gym. Fairly long walk around the port from the ferry drop off. Although it takes you through the town which is nice.

beautiful hotel, very disorganised team running it

the location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and feel premium

although the hotel is beautiful its very disorganised and this unfortunately inpacted our stay. We ate and had drinks at the restaurant a few times and most times we ordered something was forgotten, either side dishes or drinks. the reception staff are a bit all over the place, I tried to book a massage on my first day (we stayed 3 nights) and they first booked for a day the spa is actually closed and then when I did get an appointment the receptionist took me to the wrong area to wait for my massage meaning I missed the treatment completely. the room also wasnt cleaned one day because it was missed. its a shame because the hotel was nice but the management seem to be a bit of a shambles. They also ignore emails, its been impossible to get a clear response from them before we travelled and after so if you do stay give yourself plenty of time to ask any questions that you need answering.

Peaceful, comfortable and welcoming

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful location in Croatia, this is a very good choice. The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff is wonderful and the food is very good. You can’t really go wrong staying here.

The half board menu isn’t particularly clear. Many of the choices available on the menu actually have to be paid for over and above the half board cost so it’s mostly only pastas and pizzas that are included. Food is good regardless!

If you do not have a car it is a 30 minute walk from Ferry port. Absolutely fine as a nice flat walk with a lot of wonderful views to look at

Super-relaxing

There were lots of free seating and sun beds and all of the positions overlooked the beautiful harbour. The staff were superb. Just enough attention to you but not over the top. No piped music ! Brilliant. Really peaceful location. Seeing the boats coming and going was very calming although they sometimes got into arguments with each other (which was weirdly funny and part of the fun of the holiday) Super clean and tidy.

Hard to find a fault. I guess the fact that there wasn't a boat crossing across the small water stretch from Hotel Milna to the opposite side to catch ferry ? The walk with suitcases is quite long in heat, and taxis can be ordered of course. But it's probably only 200m across the water for a boat service.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The Hotel staff were very friendly, the location was very central with all restaurants/shops easily accessible by foot. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. A very relaxing place to unwind, swim and watch expensive yachts.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the lunch/evening food. It was ok, just not as good as I had hoped. The fuel station for yachts coming in and out of the marina is right next to the hotel so the area just in front of the hotel where you can take a dip to cool off was very busy with yachts queuing for fuel. However, this didn't bother me as I enjoyed watching the different people/boats come and go.

Don’t hesitate to book it ! Just be aware that it’s a quiet, peaceful place

The staff was super nice, it was a pleasure to talk to them. They were always helpful, smiling, caring and took the time with us. It really made the difference in our stay. The hotel was amazing, super quiet with different moods depending on which terrasse you go. The breakfast is really good, a lot of different food, healthy, fresh and with a view.

The menu of the restaurant at noon was a bit short, not enough choices. Also, it’s a shame that there is no shuttle to go to the ferry port, either a boat or a car.

A really relaxing and enjoyable stay

A fantastic hotel. So close to the beach and very friendly staff. They were really accomodating. Room very comfortable and clean with a great view over the Marina We were half board and it was great they let us switch the meal timing. Breakfast was really good.

Gym was a bit small and not very equipped.

Exceptional

A pleasant and quiet hotel on the edge of the village. The staff were warm, wonderful, very helpful and professional. Our room was in the form of a pavilion, in an industrial design, with a balcony and a view of the sea. Very clean and well maintained. We were also impressed by Rituals hygiene products. We see how they thought of everything. The food is fresh, seasonal, extremely tasty. Somehow the staff, with the chefs and the environment created a wonderful holistic fusion. We enjoyed both by the sea and by the pool. Pleasant and relaxed.

The hotel complex is of the cascade type, located on serpentines, so it is inconvenient to drag bags up the stairs. Maybe a small electric vehicle from a taxi or parking lot to a remote room would help in organizing the hotel. Occasionally, the frequency of ships at the pumping station can be higher and noisier. On the pebble beach next to the hotel, families with children come in the afternoon, but it seems that the hotel cannot influence that, it is probably a maritime asset. However, these are really small things and the overall impression is excellent.

Splendid stay in Milna.

Fantastic peaceful location, staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Gym was very small not much equipment. Would be good if the hotel were able to offer bike / paddle board hire.

OK lucky only 3 days

Room beautiful and very clean Amazing view Staff were fabulous

Petrol station next to hotel very busy with boats and shouting and arguing about who was next for petrol ?? Adult only big joke children on sunbeds and in beach area and even in restaurant?? Breakfast limited but lucky only there 3 days You had to queue for coffee which was a machine absolutely disgusting coffee For a 4 star need to serve fresh pots of coffee should not have to queue for machine coffee????? The sunbeds by the sea is a walk through for anybody so very busy and not peaceful as it looks. No staff came down to the sea area to serve and there was lots of dirty cups and glasses which you had to move yourself..

Good

Stunning views, peaceful location and lovely room. Our chamber maid was wonderful and really helpful. Tony served us a few times and he was the most kind, conversational and professional of all the staff. The second hotel receptionist we met towards the end of the stay was also exceptional and very helpful.

We were on a romantic break but we didn’t have a double bed. Some of the staff were not very friendly or enthusiastic. My partner and I are reasonably fit and we did not mind being on the 3rd floor There are alot of stairs to negotiate, which must have been difficult for some of the guests. I am not sure that this is mentioned on the website. We were half board and if we stayed again we would have gone bed and breakfast as the menu was the same. There are good restaurants near by to. It’s a shame the hotel didn’t have its own water taxi service. They are missing a trick there.

The hotel is right next to a petrol station and there was construction going on opposite.

A perfect piece of peaceful paradise

This is a really excellent hotel. You may have to be careful with the room choice, as not all have views of the harbour (ours did). The rooms are big, well-furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ery good, along with the dinner. And the location is awesome.

Exceptional

Location was great. Super friendly staff. Great food and general great value for money. Ideal when you want to have a quiet vacation to charge your batteries.

It was not that easy to get there, you are heavily related on the ferry that goes only twice a day. However, this is due to the location but once you arrive in Milna you can relax.

Really nice stay with wonderfull staff!

Staff was great, breakfast was very good with numerous choices. There was plenty of sunbeds and also small nice beach nearby(200m). Location was nice. Rooftop terrace was nice.

There was some things that could be fixed better in our room(there was some repairing done with hurry but otherwise room was nice and works well) . There should be "gym" but it is really like small cardioroom.
