A very nice place to stay and the host was very nice with me and my friends.

Our host was very thoughtful and the fridge was very well stocked with everything for a good breakfast. There was also coffee and tea and a bottle of red wine on the table. The location is stunning, right near the sea. The house itself is a jewel, with antique furniture arranged with great taste. Everything is perfectly preserved, it really makes you fell like you travel through time. The host, Carlo, is very nice and helpful and really makes you feel at home.

Very nice place with extremely friendly owner. You have everything you need: well equipped room and sea infront of. Highly recommended.

Great history and lovely host.

Really excellent! One of the best hotel stay experiences we ever had. The ultimate? Without any doubt the host, Carlo, himself. In a great mood, smiling, friendly, oriented towards hospitality.

Old villa full of history. Like you are staying in a museum. And a beautiful large garden in front. And the view of the sea in the morning when you drink your coffee from your terrace - incredible. Very kind and helpfull host.
The owner doesen't speak english, only italian. You can pay only cash. The bathroom is very small. And the breakfast included is almost a joke. You have in the room 1 induction plate and in the fridge 4 egs. some bread. butter. and jam. NOT some slices of ham or cheese so you make 1 sandwich. You can cook the eggs whatever you like. I think this is the only good part of the breakfast.

Close to the sea shore
The ac at 32 degrees Celsius was circulating cold air instead of warm air

It is very special accommodation. The location is amazing, the villa is amazing, I felt the history there. The host Carlo is really nice , friendly. I just felt home, but in the same time like in paradise, or in a movie<3.

Beautiful house in 19th century decor and furniture made you feel you had stepped back in time.
I’ve never been to a B&B where breakfast included meant making it yourself from the contents of the fridge in your room. The fridge had a very limited range on offer, with minimal cooking facilities and nowhere to put cooking utensils except on the hob. Also the toilet shower area was VERY small and a larger than average person would find it difficult to sit on the toilet! Another odd factor was that the owner only accepted cash - no credit cards! I don’t recall seeing that when I booked.

Classic Italian Aristratic House near Bari, with great sea vieew and great host-owner, who knows what hospitality is. The love for his ancient villa and family history impressed us.
For those loving science, historical bio-medical research in particular will love his small “museum” full of old manuscripts.
We didn’t experience any negative aspect, and do not understand some earlier remarks about old floors and beds. Part of being in a historical building.

Very nice place with fantastic atmosphere.
Nice veranda with seaview. Everything was good.
Bus to Bari 250 m away (1,5 euro)

We got lost on the way driving from the airport and ended up in a small street in Bari - the owner drove 25 mins at 11.30 at night to lead us to the hotel - brilliant!

Amazing Villa with a very friendly host. The place is like a fairy tale, old furnitures and antiques. The sea view is exceptional from the room. Great place to stay, very comfi.

The host, Carlo, is very hospitable and made our stay a memorable experience.
The location of the house is great, in walking distance to the train station, next to the seaside.
The villa itself is very interesting, from 19th century. It's a great experience to stay on an elegant Italian villa full of unique and original artifacts.

There was a small kitchen that was very comfortable. The bathroom and location near the sea was very nice, but there was no real view from the room itself. Parking was good and secure. Carlo was a fine host and made us feel welcome. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area. He also entertained us with his wonderful jazz piano playing. The price was very attractive.
The furniture is a little shopworn. The bedding could also be newer with a greater range of warmth. I am a big guy and the bed was too short for me. Otherwise we loved it and would go back.

Carlo was so nice and made us feel at home. There was so much history in the property. Carlo shared his family history with us. I would stay there again.

The atmosphere in villa is amazing, full of really antiques - that's why you can get feeling like you went back to XIX century. But the bathroom is modern ;-) and the electronic equipment in room too.
We feel like we stay at vacations in uncle's house - signor Carlo was very friendly and helpful. He looked after us, adn recommended us most interesting locations nearby. The host is musican, and during our stay in villa there was a classical music concert with l'Orchestra Sinfonica Metropolitana diretta da Pietro Borgonovo. We would come back there :-)
Everything was awesome.
