No tener los elementos básicos (tenedor, cuchillo, un utesillo para calentar agua) en la habitación. Que las camas al unirse no cuenten con un topper para que funcione como dos plazas. Sería importante informar (más allá del cartel en la ducha) que el agua caliente tiene un tiempo limitado (bastante corto) por contar con termotanque individual en cada habitación. El desayuno incluido son 3 opciones (1 infusión con 2 medialunas, 2 tostadas o saludable)

Ubicación, comodidad, atención

Muy ruidosos los dos aparatos de la habitación:el aire acondicionado (falta de mantenimiento) y la heladerita (vieja, ruidosa y no enfriaba casi nada) Desayuno: las medialunas del día sábado eran viejas (imperdonable) no así las del día domingo, exquisitas!

convenient location. staff needs some training. reasonable ratio price vs facilities.

unclear where to park. no service at all with the luggage. not enough space to park the car in front of the hotel to get the luggage out.

the room was huge and very comfortable. the bed was good too. the restaurant is amazing with a lake view and they have different attractions around like tennis courts, swimming pool that you can use. they also have a mall 4 min away and the city very close too

I honestly want my money back. The experience was terrible, rude staff and very unprofessional.

No wifi, it kept lagging and not working. When I asked the receptionist about it, she just made excuses and couldn’t even look at me in the eyes. Super disappointed.

The view & location were great, safe and new neighborhood.

Asked for early breakfast(7 am) , not possible. Restaurant seemed not to belong to hotel, opened at 7.30. Windows not clean, pillows not comfortable

Ok for a short stay if you know the city.

Location was nice, room was big, nice view of the port.

We visited in winter, the window was single glass so it was pretty cold. The staff was unfriendly, and unwelcome, when we checked in no one told us about the amenities or restaurant options or anything at the property or around, at check out they charged me IVA (VAT/sales tax) to my room even though I paid with a foreign credit card and told me they charge it anyway to pay booking.com fee with that money. Wifi was pretty bad and the room was noisy, we could hear the music from downstairs bar until 2am and 10 am we had smoke coming to the room from the barbecue being prepared outside. No room service option in place even though there is a restaurant in the main floor.

Pleasantly large and well appointed, very comfortable room and very good value for money

The room was exceptionally large with a great view over the river. The bed was enormous and one of the most comfortable I have ever had at an hotel. Well appointed bathroom and the added bonus of a small kitchen area in the room.

We were unable to use the restaurant or bar on our arrival night as it had been booked for a private function. Not too much of an issue however, as restaurants could be found close by.
