Zentrale Lage, evtl. laut.

Sehr zentral, ca. 100m von einem öffentlichen Strand und Croisette. Vor dem Haus keine Autos, aber am Wochenende mehrere laute Restaurants und Party bis spät nachts. Geschlossene Fenster haben den Lärm aber sehr gut abgehalten. Die 3 Klimageräte waren gut.

Recommended for short and long stay, everything is as it was presented on the pictures.

Good location in the center of Cannes 2min walk from the beach, very clean, the host was very nice and helpful, very nice bathroom. Good value for a price.

It can get loud during the night since that in the front of the building there are a lot of bars with loud music open till 3am. Also the elevator is veeeeery slow 😅 but it works. There is no closet.

Bologna was definitely a highlight of our trip.

The location was wonderful, a short walk to the centre of the city yet in a lovely leafy suburban street.

Brilliant, we loved Cannes and will be back.

The location is superb. Short walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The air conditioning did a great job of keeping the room cool.

We liked pretty much everything about the property but if we were to be picky, the apartment door was an indoor style door that didn’t feel very secure. There was a spot for a smoke alarm in the bedroom, but it was missing. An opportunity for improvement: a welcome pack helping tourists get familiar quickly with local convenience shops. where to do recycling, when/where the markets are on, local doctor numbers etc

if you prefer open windows at night, could be noisy cause lot of bars/clubs around however with air condition it’s fine

very nice!

very nice place to stay. it‘s near the sea as well as near a lot of restaurants. we has a really pleasant stay and would definitely book it again.

it‘s a little tricky to find it. for some reason on google maps it does not show you were exactly it is. we needed quitr some time to figure out where it was.

A great apartment in a great location

The apartment was well designed, well-lit and greatly located at the center of Cannes, one street behind La Croisette in a street with lots of bars/restaurants. It is a quite place despite the hustleand bustle right outside. Kitchenware was in abundance and nice quality. They had iron-ironing board. So, you have the advantages of having a fully-stocked apartment. They do not have a reception or receptionist, but the communication with Veronique was superb, fast replies and very accomodating. Wi-fi worked great.

The towels they originally provided was stained and not in good shape but they changed them right away after my request. They need to add drawers or more clothing cabinet.

the hotel is clean and well equipped, I didn’t meet with personnel because everything is autonomous ( which I love ). location is wonderful, la Croisette is just 3 mins away. close to everything !

Desent stay, If you consider that the entire area is overestimated by means of prices and quality

The location is nice, and not noisy, despite the nightlife.

I have never received a responce on my question regarding the not-working wifi. I kept on using roaming internet all the time.

Superb

We’ve stayed in the loft on the highest floor. The apt is really cute and well furnished. Even if it’s in the middle of canne’s nightlife, it’s very quite and noiseless. You will find everything you’ll need. Suggested.

Location was great

There was noise from the street at night because of the bars nearby. The insulation from the window was good but some of the noise could still be heard however it wasn’t loud enough to wake you up which was good

Good stay!

Close to the beach and nice self contained little room.

Quite noisy at times but didn’t affect us too much. The windows didn’t have a view at all and there was no window in the kitchen making it a bit dark but otherwise very nice.

Nice place, nice location, great property manager

The place is nicely located. You can be walking on the beach in two minutes or traverse the shopping area. The building is in an alley with a number of restaurants and thanks to the lockdown was very quiet at night. The apartment has a nice-size bathroom/shower/toilet and a well-equipped kitchenette (everything including wine glasses, cups for normal coffee and Turkish/Arabic/greek coffee. But the place's best asset is the property manager, Veronique. She was exceedingly kind and cooperative.

I just wish the building would issue some "code of etiquette" for all residents. There were two other rooms on my floor and I could hear noises in three of the four nights in the middle of the night 2-3-4 in the morning, closing doors loudly, what sounded like opening and closing sofa beds, etc.
