Bon rapport qualité prix, propre et bien équipé

Très spacieux, terrasse ombragée très agréable pour prendre les repas Parking réservé aux résidents 5 min à pied du bord de mer

Seul bémol le bruit occasionné lors des soirées organisées par la pizzeria voisine ( 1 soirée pendant le sejour)

Mouldy apartment for ants and cockroaches

The only good thing was the location.

It was full of live and dead ants on the terrace, in the bathroom and the kitchen. I also found two cockroaches. All cupboards and wardrobes smell like mould. I changed rooms but in the second one it was the same! I'm sure most of the good comments are fake. I don't recommend this place.

Very good

It was easy to collect the keys. location is near the beach. place is quite nice.

The consumables that exist usually such as shampoo, soap, salt, etc did not exist in the apartement. You might see a couple of cockroaches in the apartment a day.

Comfortable, spacious and with every thought to what you might need

Location is perfect - in a quiet location, but literally only a couple of minutes from bars and restaurants and the Olympic Lagoon Paphos hotel where we had family staying so we were able to meet them on the beach.

lovely hosts, very helpful, ideal location for Paphos

great location, close to bus stops, supermarkets, beaches and restaurants. 2 bathrooms and a patio area. lots of light in the apartment and air conditioning if needed. a fully functional kitchen and utility room.

Very comfortable and clean apartment .

Lovely comfortable and very clean, spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Quiet neighbourhood which was also very close to the beach, bus stops, restaurants and bars. Half hour walk into the Harbour area along the promenade. Easy check-in, would highly recommend!

Wow !

It's a really great place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything you need, even an iron. It is close to the bus stop. Hosts are very helpful, friendly and their cat Ramona is so cute !

Was like in the picture, spacious apartment and comfortable.

Should be more higher grant to cleanness. We were asked at what time we arrive, one day before. We arrive around 12 but only at 14 we could do the check in, the room was not ready.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean and lovely friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to the beach and some lovely restaurants. Also a bus stop in front of the apartments where buses run every 10 minutes to the harbour.

Although we've arrived very late (the flight landed at midnight), the host waited for at the place to give us the keys. The location, the parking - all was great.

The only thing to be improved - it was a little bit hard to find a place at night. The address is clear, but some explanation of the exact entrance to the parking could help.

I can only list the positives... There were no negatives for me: - location (quiet neighborhood, bus stop 1 min); - nice and clean apartment with shading on the terrace; - lots of greenery and exotic fruits around; - 5 min. walk to the beach; - well-equipped kitchen; - fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning - available hair dryer, iron, washing machine (...) - cats that make your stay more pleasant; - BIG PLUS for staff 🙂- always very nice and helpful. You can count on tips and advice from Modestos. Thank YOU for nice and pleasent stay!😊

Pretty cool

I really liked this apartment in Pafos. I stayed earlier in a couple of other places in Pafos and this was the one I liked the most. I was surprised to find that the wifi connection works great and it was very fast (I read in other reviews that wifi was poor), but maybe the connectivity depends on the room you stay in. The patio is very cosy and neighboring cats come to visit you often when you're there

Host/manager Modestos was very helpful and accommodating. Area is very quite but ideal to explore the Paphos area.

Perfect stay at the apartment.

Apartment is quite big and very well equipped. It is short walk from the sea front. There is plenty of restaurants nearby. The receptionist (Modestos) was waiting for us at the reception despite very late arrival (2AM). Very nice stay and the price is very affordable. Apartment consisted of 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms. It has washing machine and dish washer.

Exceptional

Amazing host, clean huge apartman in a very good area. Bus stop front of the apartman, it goes to the airport, and to the city center.One of the best beach is nearby just less than 10mins walking distance. AC worked well, we had two balcony. I am 100% sure next time if I go to Cyprus I will book again ;-)

an excellent stay

Great apartment!. Everything was ok. Great contact with the owner. The apartment has all the necessary equipment. Wifi is ok. To the nearest beach - 350-400m. I hope to come back here someday. Thank you for a such holiday :)

it was a nice experience and i would book the Apartment again

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Furthermore, everything can be reached by bus ticket, which costs 22 euros per person per week, for children under 18 only 10€. With the ticket you can travel by every Bus. Also very important that the bus station is right infront of the apartment. In conclusion I can reccomend the Apartment

One of the two beds was uncomftable and there were only two pans and one of them were not usable. However, the owner is very nice and you can always ask him if something doesn't fit.
