Buen hotel

Me gustó bastante el hotel y la amabilidad del personal de servicio, fueron muy atentos. El desayuno era amplio y variado. La habitación era de buen tamaño con un excelente clóset. También había un balcón. También había un super mercado cerca. Además, allí sucedió la historia del embajador de la India, y allí fue donde grabaron la película.

La ubicación del hotel en el centro de Neiva no es como en ciudades Europeas, el centro de Neiva es feo. El parqueadero es bastante apretado, se recomienda dejar el carro guardado desde temprano, aunque el personal sabe cómo sacarle el provecho al espacio limitado.

We loved staying in the Neiva Plaza, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great in the middle of the city center, only 5 mins by taxi from the bus terminal. The hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities (nice big pool :), we loved everything and felt very welcome. Especially the Portier of the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very attentive and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, we had a view on the main square and could observe and enjoy it's lively atmosphere.

Very good hotel in Neiva

The Hotel Neiva Plaza is situated in the central square of the city of Neiva. It is comfortable and probably one of the best hotels in the city. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, with various options: different dishes (like caldo soup, sausages, veggies, omlette). Also eggs made on order are a possibility. They also have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, chocolate, tea. The hotel has hot water (in Colombia many hotels do not have this ammenity) with good pressure. Towels and toiletries are very good. Bed sheets and bed are also of good quality. The windows have good soundproofing. The hotel offers free coffee at the reception desk.

It would have been nice to have also an armchair or sofa in the room. The room was very spacious, but only had two chairs and a table. However, it was nice the balcony also had two chairs :)

I liked the iron service and location.

The breakfast and the restaurant's menu. The nenu should have a veggi option.

Sweep out front! I know Neiva is dirty but c’mon, clean up your entrance. Be the example as well for your Centro.

Hotel Neiva Plaza is well located at Neiva, personnel staff are really nice and is really comfortable. It has a great swimming pool, offers room service or it has restaurants for a nice diner.

Old but nice if you like busy downtown area

Large room, balcony with view to plaza, good WIFI, pool, breakfast some room for improvement, friendly reception. Good value.

Tried to extra-charge me for Hotel insurance, dropped it after brief discussion. Wonder why Booking customers (guaranteed with credit card) need to fully pay their room in advance, before they even let people in. Noisy contruction work all day.

Nice staff, comfortable hotel, good breakfast

The staff here are really friendly, and it's a very central location right on the plaza. Of course, this means there is a lot of traffic noise, but it's got great atmosphere. The pool is great.

I can’t think about anything that I like about it.

The hotel and Neiva look very sad and abandoned. There is nothing interesting in the city and the area around the hotel. The hotel does not look like in the pictures at all. It is outdated. Breakfast is of poor quality. The area around the hotel is dirty and it looks dangerous. Everything is closed early. I can’t recommend this hotel and Neiva to anyone. Stay away.
