Immonde

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans le logement… une odeur immonde en faisant le tour du logement nous avons constaté de la moisissure partout, des cafards , des taches sur les draps ainsi qu’un que des taches partout sur le canapé, les murs , le plafond et des taches de sang … Nous avons voulu cuisiner et les casseroles avaient encore des restes de nourritures avec de la moisissures …. De plus quand nous avons signalé que l’appartement était sale , une équipe de nettoyage est venu nettoyer superficiellement et la propriétaire au téléphone était très désagréable et elle osait même nous parler mal et faire des blagues sur nous… et évidemment elle a ignorée tous nos messages après l’intervention quand nous avons souhaité un remboursement pour trouver un autre logement Le dernier jours nous avons eu le droit à la visite d’un petit colocataire , une petite souris espérant qu’elle a profitée de son séjour contrairement à nous Apres avoir vue la réponse désagréable de l'hote ,de plus qui essaye de nous décrédibiliser . J'ai décidé d'ajouter d'autre photos :)

Exceptional

Great showers and comfy beds. Also powerful A/C Met by Lurdes who gave us many good tips for buses and local facilities which made everything so much easier. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

very cozy and comfortable apartment. not far from city historical center. has all equipment on the kitchen. and also a washer machine. we enjoyed our staying there.

Sadly I wouldn’t re-book, I was disappointed after my last stay

I had stayed here before, unfortunately it is need of some updates & a thorough clean. I liked the fact it had a kitchen & washing machine, it was handy to most places

Broken shower head, leaking shower, no plug for washing up in kitchen, 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel for a five day stay. Cutlery & crockery need replacing, overall just needs an update. I don’t think the fridge has been defrosted for sometime

Good location of the property. Lovely done. Good base for exploring Lisbon and its surroundings.

Some more equipment for the kitchen will be nice.

Pleasant

The flat itself is spacious, perfectly located and in a pretty good condition.

However, there is a problem with cleanliness. We haven't faced problems with cockroaches (as some of others that recently visited the apartment), but we experienced bedbugs in the living room. This bed is stinky as well and definitely deserves some 'refreshment'.

Superb

Location was very good. Frederico, the gentlemen who greeted us on location, was extremely helpful and friendly. The accomodation itself was quite comfortable and had all the utulities we required.

Whilst the place was quite clean, some sheets definitely needed to be washed and cleaned again.

Host didn't answer a simple question about the hair dryer. After saying that she would be available for any question. Encountered a few small bugs, not many.

Cosy

Perfect location. Bus 419 to Lisbon / Belem stops 20m away. VivaGem cards can be purchased and loaded in the lottery shop 50m away. I DO NOT recommend METRO nearby . It is the dirtiest I have seen in my life. With bus and tram you can do everything. 10min from LX factory. Area might look rough but it is safe. Car can be parked on the roads nearby for free. Beware of some small narrow roads in front of apartment if your car is big.. Enough kitchen facilities including washing machine. Air conditioning works. Big for 4 people.Frederico was very helpful and accessible.

150€ deposit was payed first day in cash, expecting it to be handed back directly on departure..not days later by bank after close inspection after departure. If I had known I would have brought extra cash. Still waiting as I expect it will take a week max. Not clear in booking. Although it was ok for us, note that there are steeps steps (old building) and you hear planes landibg from 5am to 1am in August. Top bathroon shower wasn't used as doir did not seem to shut.

The flats are large and could accommodate us all (we were 3 families). Well connected although not in the most touristy part of town (I preferred it). Very good restaurant two minutes walk away (Palácio). Also interesting to visit the surrounding neighborhood.

Too bad that they are lost in the lack of attention to (big) details and cleanliness. One of the rooms has a small terrace with a beautiful fig tree. A corner of potential beauty and tranquillity that could add so much value to the apartment. But it is left to itself, dirty, with an unusable table and chairs. Cigarette butts abandoned in the pots. Dried up plants abandoned in the vase. The sofa bed was filthy, what would it cost to at least cover it with a blanket or so? And the kitchen also really lacked cleanliness. What a pity because the place has got potential!

Great, Great Place to Stay

OMG, the place was great, clean, comfortable. The apartment was so spacious and so well decorated, one of the best places I ever rented. Lourdes the host, made us feel so welcome, she was so receptive and she gave us so many tips for places to visit, eat and things to do.

Very comfortable apartment with good location in Lisboa.

Excellent location, many buses start their routes around. The apartment is spacious, light and very clean. Everything is working well, and the two bathroom plus one more toilet was excellent for the family! Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket - all in walking distance. Recommended place!
