The staff are wry good at their job, making us feel welcome and well catered for in all respects.
Nothing. This property is exceptional in both location and service.

They kept checking up on us when we didn't arrive on schedule. Helped cater to delay our dinner until very late. That was super nice. For this fantastic service, I will definitely come back to stay again.
The staff didn't really know much about the tube. We couldnt get parking onsite so had to park at the tube station and we i asked about the ticket (can i get single or return) they couldnt answer my question. I couldnt tell from the website too but i would've thought reception would know the answer.

Staff lovely with two grandchildren

The location was very good I wish the lift tick where included in the price even if I paid more for the two nights.
Staff where great and nice!
Lift ticket should of been included when people stay there.
People like myself stay there for a reason and mine was the hit the slops and it was my first time there so I thought it was a bit off a rip off that the lift tickets where not included with the hotel.

The staff, the location and Snowgums Restaurant are all top notch.
The place is feeling quite run down and could do with some TLC.

close proximity to the snow, staff were very friendly
the restaurant was closed

The location, the food, the staff are all great, room service quite on time everyday, we had a nice experience of our stay.
The single lounge bed is Sagging, and the kind bed actually is two single bed put together, so there is a gap in between, when sleep we felt it less comfortable.

Super friendly staff! Great Breakfast.
Dinner included would almost be better because it’s hard to make breakky and first tracks.

Amazing location right on the snow. Full view of the mountain. Awesome staff that were always available and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Nothing. Was the best ski holiday we’ve ever had in Australia

It was very close to chairlift.
They didn’t open their restaurants and no food available in the hotel so it wasn’t convenient! But the other hotel’s restaurant was open to the guests at least. Also 1 of the staff was so abrupt! Never picked up the phone and her excuses were she put the phone on answering machine by mistake!! We booked breakfast for 8 am and then I wanted to change it to 7:30 am she said immediately that she can’t as the restaurant’s booked out. So we went at 7:30 am to check, then we noticed that the whole restaurant was empty!! The building is so old seems never upgraded since 1980s .

Location and the buffet breakfast. Just wish the restaurant was open every night

Breakfast and location were great
Disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner as it was early in the season. We had to trek offsite to find an alternative option. This should have been speculated to us when we booked. No point having a great on snow location that caters to all your needs so you don't have to leave if you still have to leave.
