Honestly nothing.
Was a horrendous experience. They state themselves as an Hotel, but the local authority certificate is as a pension.
The reception guy didn’t know at all how to revive and deal with guests. The person was not able to do conversion rates, didn’t know how to operate the atm machine and and super super rude and racist. The first thing he asked was for passports because of our skin color, but he was wrong. All of us were Angolans with Angolan citizenship.
Properties like this shouldn’t be in booking.
Worts experience ever.

Dos funcionários, precisei fazer chekin mais cedo e fizeram sem problemas, banheiro amplo .
café da manhã muito fraco, quarto com um cheiro desagradável, lençol da cama parece que não foi trocado entre os hóspedes .

I loved the breakfast, for this price point it’s pretty well prepared, and the facilities and room was clean.
The body wash in the room’s bathroom was empty and the shampoo was getting close…

WiFi was really bad. Couldn't remain connected for more than 3 mins. Detergents (shower gel, shampoo) could be better

very friendly staff, great help with translating and helped me with my journey to Malanje

This a reasonably priced hotel for Luanda. The rooms were basic but provided all you would expect in a mid class hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.The staff were exceptional in accommodating our early breakfast requirement and arranging a value evening meal and airport taxi.
All the negatives referred to in other reviews had been resolved. Highly recommended.
A bit of noise from revelers in the street in the night. No real alternative restaurants close by.

Friendly staff.
Noisy

Quite central, newly renovated. Qiuet place, clean rooms, clean sheets, big shower and safe.
The breakfast could have been more extensive for the price of the room, but quite ok. And very tasty.
6.0
Minimal breakfast, though I probably could have asked for something cooked. The staff were pleasant and did attend to anything I wanted really.
No bar, no tea or coffee in the rooms. They had a few cans of lager but not much choice.

very well located, very nice staff and good facilities
some cockroaches saw but with some care they can control the problem

Just the personnel was kind.
The location is not central, no decent restaurants nearby. The hotel is very poor and does not deserve even 2 stars. Breakfast minimal! Does not even worth half of the amount. And rates at the reception are just half of the paid amount in Booking.com. A shame! And not honest. I don't really understand how they can call themselves a "Boutique Hotel".
3.0
Responsiveness on the Booking.com messaging.
1- location: there was a lot of noise outside
2- there was a ironed cockroach at the bed sheets;
3- they had no phone to call the reception;
4- the Wi-Fi is only provided by request;
5- they damaged my trolley and didn’t admit.
2.0
The wifi connection was reasonably good
Poor facilities with no iron and no kettle provided to in the room. The room had several maintenance issues (no light down the mirror at the bathroom. Difficult for shaving/grooming in insufficient light. Faulty exhaust fan with unbearable noise when switched on). I brought these matter to the attention of the Reception staff. But none of these matters were resolved over the whole duration (9 days) of my stays in the hotel. Also, electrical plugs were located at inconvenient and somewhat unsafe places throughout the room. For example, one of them was located up at the top of the wall mounted TV - far higher than most electrical cords (laptop, camera etc.) or even ordinary phone chargers could reach.

the breakfast was always on time and i like the location of the hotle , couple witht the fact that English is spoken by the staff of the hotel.
