Very nice room with huge balcony.
Breathtaking views.
Strong AC.
There is an about 3.5 km of dirt road to reach the hotel from the port. In general, the road is okay even for a non-suv but some parts of the road should be better maintained.
The hotel breakfast is satisfactory but became unpleasant when several hornets flew to our table.

We liked the facilities a lot, breakfast was decent and the room was a joy. Our hostess Argiro was very friendly and willing to accommodate all our needs. Swimming pool might need a bit more cleaning care but overall it was a great spot to relax and unwind watching the sunset.
Honestly, our only issue with the hotel is the dirt road leading up to it from the port. It is a 4km dirt road which takes around 20min to drive and it gets really tiring having to drive it at least 4 times a day back and forth (provided you go out twice a day). If you have a 4x4 or a rental car, it's fine I guess, but after 2.5 days we couldn't take any more of that bumpy road. We wouldn't go back to this hotel because of the road.

Everything is a little paradise! The host was just amazing, super friendly, helped us with everything, gave us recommendations, and the place is just amazing, the best sunsets in town.

It’s a nice small apart-hotel with amazing view over the aegean sea. Breakfast was included and has good variety of options from eggs to yogurts and croissants. Great pool area with stunning view. Keep in mind though that the phone reception is really bad and the last 3km to the hotel there is no proper road.
The only downside was the check-in, as apparently it can be done only until 8pm which is very inconvenient. So i did call the hotel to inform on a later check-in need and their phone was out of order for all 2h we were trying to reach them out. We were very stressed to make it on time also be aware that the last 3km of the road to the hotel it’s quite bad.
When we got there all sweaty and really upset because of their phone both landline and mobile being out of order, the girl that was about to finish her shift just say sorry the reception its not as good here and the landline phone was in the boss office and that’s all. Nothing complementary offered as apologies, they have to work on their customer service experience.

The view of the hotel is perfect. Very quiet place to relax and the staffs are friendly.
Special thanks to the owner "Vassilis" for the kindly help and my birthday cake.
many thanks😊
The hotel is about 4 km from the port and the road is rocky. You definitely need to rent a car.

Very nice suites. Perfect view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Close to the center and Xila beach (about 10 minutes each), but very peaceful and quiet location.
Not the suites itself, but you need a car to get there an back.

Amazing view, great ambience, beautiful architecture, friendly staff
The location of the hotel is great and offers an amazing view, BUT this comes with a price as the road to the cliff where the hotel is located was notoriously bad

Typical Greek hotel with amazing view, beautifully detailed room, with beautiful balcony to see the sunset. The service was amazing and the owner, Vasilis came by to welcome us and see if everything is well. Also the hotel has an amazing infinity pool as well amazing breakfast is with view on the pool and ocean! Couldn’t get any better! We will for sure come back!
