Exceptional

Great place and great owner. We felt like home. We could cycle around. The breakfast was delicious. There is great snorkeling around.

A musical night

I’m on a long trip, so don’t write too many reviews. Only when it’s needed for good or bad. This is a great one! Ryota (I think correct spelling) is a super cool guy and host. Very generous and welcoming, sharing music and stories with his guests, it was a lovely stay. Thank you for everything, a really nice hostel, free washing a bonus, and use of the bicycle was handy getting around, a comfy bed and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. The hostel is a real credit to you Ryota and I hope we meet again somewhere in this world. Thank you! Aaron

Really pleasant atmosphere, Great if you’re a music lover

All basic facilities are included in price( washing, ect.), as well as homemade breakfast and sometimes dinner

御拝でーびーる!

Lovely place in the peaceful village of Yomitan. The bikes are free to use and the owner prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. I couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing, would come back!! Especially recommended for musicians and music lovers

The owner is super hospitable and nice, he picked me up from the bus stop and even drove me to the supermarket so I could get groceries. He also jammed with me and the other guests, and taught me how to play the sanshin! The place itself is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need.

The location is not the best. the bus stop for most buses is 25 mins walk away. You can try to catch the few buses in the morning that come here, or take one of the bikes the hostel offers (free). The owner does offer to drive you when he can though!

Nice and quite place for an Okinawa trip

This place is a good option if you want a base to explore the island. It's quiet and you can easily get to other parts of town or the island. You can rent scooters and a car at a convenient rate here. The breakfast was very good and it accommodated my needs. The owner was nice and helpful.

It has a very comfy atmosphere, the staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was delicious! The town is also worth a visit.

Great place and great host

Ryota is the best host!! He is always kind and present and try to help with everything. I suggest this guesthouse if you are a solo travel and you would like to meet other people. We had dinner together, played music, had karaoke.. I also was dressed up with Japanese dress for my birthday :)

Relaxing and cozy

The owner is super kind, open and caring. He makes his home your home. He loves music and makes his passion also your passion. The sleeping arrangements are good and you can spend relaxing nights. I can recommend the place to anyone no matter if you are Japanese or Foreigner.

Fun, friendly and comfortable.

This was the best hostel experience I have ever had! The host and guests were friendly, the breakfast (smoothie included) was wonderful. My bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom and shower facilities were perfect and clean. There were plenty of instruments to play and a microphone to sing along with the songs. The conversation was fun and friendly. The host speaks great English and translated between parties. Making for good conversation within the group. This hostel made my trip so much better, I enjoyed my time there more than any other aspect of the trip! 10000000 times would go again given the opportunity. There are not enough good things to say about this place.

The friendliest, most homely feeling hostel I've ever stayed at.

Staying here in Yomitan was a big highlight of my Japan trip. The owner of the hostel is one of the kindest, most accomodating people you'll ever meet, we even went out for Soba one night! I can't recommend this place enough. 10/10

Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the length of my bunk bed. I'm 6'3" so my feet and head were touching if I layed out fully straight, but you can just lay diagonally (not a big deal)
