We highly recommend La Bohemia Apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at La Bohemia Apartments in the mountains of Gran Canaria. The location was absolutely beautiful and perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings and the amazing hiking trails that were right at our doorstep. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with a nice bathroom conveniently located just outside of the bedroom/living space. We appreciated the privacy it provided and the little touches throughout the apartment that made our stay feel extra special. One of the great things about our stay was the proximity to the charming town of Teror. We enjoyed exploring the local shops and dining at some of the amazing restaurants in the area. It was also great that from Teror we were easily able to catch a bus to anywhere on the island. Since we didn't rent a car, this was a perfect option for us. We also appreciated the kindness and generosity of the hosts. The fresh avocados and citrus fruits from their garden were absolutely delicious and made us feel right at home. Overall, we highly recommend La Bohemia Apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. The location is stunning, the apartment is comfortable and cozy, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. We hope to return again soon!

Our stay at La Bohemia Apartments was absolutely fantastic! We really enjoyed our time there and it was all super clean and nice. We have to admit, however, that we did notice a couple of minor things that could be improved. For one, we didn't really like the taste of the tap water in the apartment as it was a bit chlorinated. The host did let us know that the tap water was drinkable, but we preferred the taste of the bottled water from the local company Aguas de Teror. Also, it would have been nice to have a little hand soap in the kitchen area. There was only one in the bathroom, and it would have been more convenient to have another in the kitchen area. That is all!

We loved our time there and it was a good base from which to explore the mountains and north of the island.

The owners Hajdin and Aranzazu are very friendly and helpful. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and the sheltered outside space.

The access drive is incredibly steep and narrow which is difficult if you are in a hire car that you’re not used to. A cupboard or two would be useful.

extremely clean and welcoming apartment. quiet location and very nice owners

the rather difficult road and the lack of a supermarket in the area. also the restaurants in the neighboring town of Teror close very early (around 4 p.m.) and you can't find anything decent within a radius of a few km

All the best things about travelling are here.

Arancia and Dino are the most inspiring, enjoyable, warm and hard working couple. Made us wish we were neighbours forever. The amazing view, the green decor and the beautiful terrace, with lots of flowers, also helped. The cottage has charm and a creative design. The kitchen has everything for cooking, we had an amazing breakfast each morning. My advise is to bring a warm jacket to enjoy a glass of wine outside, in the evenings. Thank you for everything!

an accommodation for mountain and green lovers

The property was clean, nice view, warm host.

hard to reach, being in the mountains, it was the narrow and very long road from the attractions, cold, a paraffin heating that smelled bad, the net very weak, noise from the neighbors above, a lot of humidity

Exceptional Accomodation!

Kind hosts, very special accomodation in a beautiful spot on earth. There is a loft with a bed and living room/bath room downstairs - separate kitchen. All very authentic and well kept.

Only issue is the roads around Teror - they're somewhat hard to travel when you're used to flat, straight german roads ;)

Gem near Teror

I could find a better stay in this area of the island as this beautiful more than 300 years old farm house. It's not just a very cozy and unique, every detail is custom and crafted to fit with historical house. I love the comfy bed, the rain shower, cozy kitchen and the complimentary vine was awesome. Views and outside space, terrace are gorgeous, especially for sunsets and star watching. Even without a car it is very reachable to local attractions. Teror - one of the most beautiful of Canary towns, is only 3.5 kilometers away. The owners are nicest and genuine people who are working very hard to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Thank you very much dear Hajdin and Aranzazu!

Great place to relax.

Lovely tranquil setting and comfortable, stylish accommodation in the hills near Teror. Welcoming hosts (thanks for the wine!) with real taste in decor. A beautiful place to relax.

They could maybe put a sign at the entrance.

Exceptional

The house is made with taste, beautiful rural house, charming and cosy, respecting the environment and the area. Nice garden and view. We had the lower apartment which was perfect, with its own entrance and terrace. Even if its’s à one room apparemment the lay out is excellent. And the beautiful detached private bathroom adds a little bit of adventure to the trip. Warm and friendly hosts, very kind and helpful. Quick to answer any questions. Very thoughtful: They left a bottle of red wine for us. It was delicious!

Nothing! I loved everything. If I may suggest a small thing: For the short stay, it would be even greater to have a bit of sugar, salt and pepper and oil and vinegar.

Escape the hustle and bustle

It was absolutelly great! Very pleasant hosts who were ready to help and advise. Beautiful renovated place with great views and huge garden. We are not crazy Canarian Drivers, so we were happy about the option to park on the main road.

Be aware that there are no amenities (shop, restaurant) in walking distance, which is in the end a good thing ;)
