O ar condicionado não gelava, nos trocaram de quarto e o ar condicionado também não gelava. Ou seja, são aparelhos de qualidades ruins. Sem contar que o quarto não aparentava estar limpo, a sensação era de sujeira. Os corredores tinham restos de obras, e utensílios usados para a obras estavam largados no corredor.

My stay at the hotel was excellent it was my birthday and I decided to travel by myself away from home and I was so happ

When i arrived I check in when I went to the room it was not what I like about the view so I went and did get a room change and the second room was great

I guess we got unlucky

The room was beautiful and the location was good. Breakfast was a nice buffet

On the first day I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We did not have running water during most of the stay because in the room accros the hall was under construction. They started hammering at 8:00 am(!) We did not have electricity on the second day due to a blackout they said so that was just unlucky. When we told them about the construction in the morning (which they should have known) they offered a different room but it took 2 hours before we could get in and finally take a shower. Luckily we asked if we could get free breakfast because they did not offer it themselves so we didn't have to wait the full 2 hours in the lobby. We also got a much smaller room than we booked which was no problem to us since we could finally shower but we were suprised when they asked the same price. I guess not all customers will have this experience and I hope they won't. Because if you are unhappy in this hotel, don't expect the quality service you would expect of the place.

Nice hotel for good price

Great location. Big supermarket 3min away. You can walk by the water to the Independence square or take Uber for under $4. It’s nice place to visit and not far. Bed was very comfortable. One of the receptionist speaks English and is very helpful.

I would suggest paying bit more attention to the cleaning, especially hairs in the bathroom and the floor is mopped but feels sticky. However I have enjoyed my stay!

Spacious room with comfy beds and lots of surfaces to put our stuff on. Nice breakfast room on the 6th floor with views over the city. Breakfast was decent. A/C worked well. 24h reception.

There was nowhere to hang towels after use. A few hooks in the bathroom would be nice. The neighborhood doesn’t exactly invite for a stroll around the block - the safe way to get to places is by taxi or Uber. There seemed to be a lot of hair on the floor (not ours).

Very good value for the money. Not the cheapest hotel but very solid for the price! Very clean, spacious, good AC, good breakfast and decent food in the restaurant, Netflix in the room. Overall awesome hotel!
