Jakuzi dökülüyodu tadilat ihtiyacı var kesinlikle her eşya cok eski. Calışanlar hepsi zorla calışıo sanki mutsuzlar . Havuzu kullanmak istedik yok randevuyla denildi . Hamamı kullancaktık ancak paket alırsanız köpük masajı ile kullanabilirsiniz. Sauna da randevuyla halbuki kimse yoktu bomboş. Ayrıca o siyah camlara pencerelere güvenmeyin içerisi olduğu gibi gözüküyo perde vardı ama oda aşağa kadar kapatmıodu illa gözüküyo . Bunlar cok önemliydi manzaram vardı ama dışardan iceri gözüküyodu

near bakirkoy only

kill smoking. there smoking brekfast time, there smoke cleners ,very smell room cigarets smoke .breakfast very limited and very bad slow service,a lot smoke smell bed, to change bulb in hotel room wait 2 days, to fix shower over 10 days and bo been fix. no realy interesting hotel guests

Only positive thing is location because of shuttle bus to airport leaves from right infront of the hotel.Very convenient.And so close to shopping and restaurants. As far as staff ,, Ali Ihsan at the front desk. He was not checking in guy but he help me out with wireless set up with the great smile.He went above and beyond ,what other person during check-in could not provide. Ali Ihsan is a God gift for this hotel and service industry.

Attitude of the front desk person during check in. Condition of the room maintenance , cracked toilet seat, broken room laminate floor tile , light bulb out for dimmed wall light, cracked bathroom glass next to shower.

Outskirts

Very nice guy at the reception. Sea view. Comfortable bed. IST airport shuttle located at the corner. The road to IST -55 mins.

Actually it is really outskirts and you should understand that there are no good restaurants in a walking distance, as well as no beach. Streets are really dirty. Hotel is quite old and also waiting for renovation. Room was nice, but dirty. No one washed mirror or window. Door to bathroom is cracked.

Very bad stay , never had such experience in my whole life.

Just horrible, the worst hotel i recently stayed in, staff very rood, doesnt care about their clients, staff on reception is not friendly at all, like they have a berlin wall face. They switch of ac in the evening, all 3 nights the room was extremely hot , like 30 degrees inside, and because hotels tries to make economy they just turn it on.. so soo so horrible stay, very unhappy and unsatisfied, the ratings of hotel are wrong must go down to max 2 out of 10. Never ever going there again!!! Only plus is location, but rooms are not soo good,and especially never met such arrogant staff on reception with such an attitude.

I would not stay again.

The hotel is by the main road and it was impossible to sleep because of the car noise. Seaview direction rooms not recommended due to the huge motorway noise

massive disappointment

When I booked the hotel I was very excited about promised panoramic windows and sea view. By photos on booking the hotel supposed to be very comfortable and clean, but when we check in it was total disaster. From first step in I was shocked of cigarette smell everywhere. Receptionist was very friendly however. The room itself was dirty and worn out.Again cigarette smell, guests are smoking in the rooms and all smell is spreading throughout ventilation. Very poor lighting, feels like you are in the cave. some light are not working. In our bath I have found the hair . Conditioner controller was installed to the wall with hot glue 😳 I want to warn you, please check reviews on google before booking, I was to excited from photos and I skipped checking other sources for reviews. I have learned my lesson. The hotel has refunded remaining amount but it took several days + we had to move urgently to another hotel.

The view itself was beautiful but we couldn’t see a lot through dirty window 😁

Confusing

The view is really nice and the rooms is quite clean.

I felt like the crew were not really professional. For example, I once left the sign of "don't disturb" on the door, and they kept knocking the door. Once, I left the room for 10 min, and also left the "don't disturb" sign, and came back and found an electrician with a ladder fixing the lights of the corridor which is passing by my room. I kept waiting for him for around 15 min till he finished.
