It's a good size apartment. It has an area in front of the door that serves like a balcony.
Everything was okay. I didn't like the mosquitos so maybe there should be a mosquito device.

Price and it is close to the beach, nice owners
We had the appartment at the groundfloor - dark and narrow, one bed on the way to the rest of the appartment. A lot of noise from the street

A bit dirty, mosquitos, had to pay in cash, which we didn’t know about beforehand.

Prior to and upon my arrival in Montenegro, the host greeted me very kindly and showed me around. She also organised for someone to come pick me up at the airport (for a fee of EUR 30.00), which was greatly appreciated. At least she was kind to me in the beginning. The location was close to grocery stores and also not so far from the beaches. There was air conditioning in the eating area. The place was clean.
Our unit was not an apartment, more like part that has been cut off from an apartment. It is very small, no window in the tightly-spaced bedroom, little storage room, small balcony. Stovetop doesn't work properly. Upon contacting the host, she only replied very briefly to my WhatsApp message, explaining that one needed to reset the stovetop by unplugging and plugging it. But first one needed to pull out the fridge. We had to reset the stovetop 5 times that evening-it took me over 1 hour to cook pasta! Next day she immediately asked me to look for another apartment in Budva, that she would pay me back the rent, she complained that the stovetop was new, that I didn't know how to use it correctly & probably broke it. I told her I wasn't in Budva for the 1st time and all other stovetops of appartments I had rented worked perfectly. She suddenly changed her attitude and became more humble. My partner & I solved part of the problem by buying an electric extension cable with a switch in order to avoid pulling and shoving the fridge back into place. Defective stovetop problem persisted. Extractor hood above the stovetop is not connected at all, i.e. there is no pipe leading the hot vapour/air to the outside, thus all the hot stove vapour is blown into the kitchen cupboard above, where some dishes and staples are placed. It turn, all the hot air remains in the small room. Opening the window in the eating area with outside temperatures around 38°C is not an option. Laundry is done by the host - washing machine is outside. Guests are not allowed to use the washing machine. We were asked to leave by 10am on the last day. My partner said it felt like we were being kicked out & was very angry at the host's overall attitude. We left earlier than 10am the last day and took a taxi without further ado. Host seems to favour guests from Russia/Ukraine as she kept mentioning how much she liked having them.

Very helpful host
Too many moskitos, no net on most windows, microwave oven would be great, too much noise and shouting after midnight by next door guests .

Good value for money. Clean, spacious apartment. Welcome gift was really nice. It is very basic apartment but you have all you need for coupe days stay. You can prepare simple meal and eat on the large terrase. Very comfortable beds are another bonus. Apartament is located 20 mnts from Budva Promenade. We enjoyed our stay.

It's one of the best accomodations for this price. Amazing 24/7 checkout for private apartment. A lot of amedities, really you can find everything here: hairdryer, iron, shampoo and conditioner, a good variety of tea and coffee, literature in different languages, you name it!
Hostes and hotel manager (though viber) were extremely polite and helpful. Really, many worldwide hotel chains should learn from them.
Store is in 20 meters. Beach is in 10 minutes lazy walk. But it's really quite district to have a rest after long day.
Nothing! You are perfect. Thank you so much, Branka!

Room is small, with almost no day light. Most of the time there was no hot water, and sometimes not even cold water flowed well. The toilet bowl was moving. Other people sit by the window and smoke so we couldn’t open the window. People were sitting 2 feet away from the bed and if you didn’t draw the curtains there was no privacy. So many things are broken and it smelled of moisture, in was not clean. It is far from the beach and the wifi only worked if you were sitting on the terrace. When I mentioned the problem to the owner, she said that there is another wifi (R.S.) in the room. With the picture I prove that this internet did not exist in the room. Also the owners were not waiting for us, but left the keys with one of the tourists.
