Steffi is great host. She is extremely nice and helpful in everything. Steffi is absolutely the greatest advantage of the hotel. And the hotel is nice, clean, comfortable. Close to bus stop. It was super comfortable to have a box at the ski lift as we did not have to bring always our stuff with us.
Everything was ok. If I really have to point something out, the only one problem was the stench outside because of cows living nearby. But inside we didn't smell it od course, only during the way to bus. It was the only one little inconvenience.

We came in the summer for a week. Lovely luxury accommodation. Wonderful hosts who really care about the place and look after it well. The apartment was really spacious and clean.
Thank you Stephanie and Andreas (and Alias đ) for going out of your way to make sure we had a beautiful stay!

The host is just great! Stefanie was all the time ready to help or advise where to go. Apartment has full equipment we need, as much as would have our second home đ

We really enjoyed our stay at Chasa Allegria - for many reasons. Frau Walser is extremely kind and helpful, the apartment was super clean and very well equipped. Anything you forgot to bring from home, it's there - and she even left us an Easter welcome present. As a bonus we also received ski depot cards to store our gear in the Pardatschgratbahn station. The terrace is a nice place to enjoy the evening sun (if you are as lucky as we were...). The wellness area is normally not open on Saturdays, but on simple request we could still use it - brilliant!
The location is perfect, away from the rumble in Ischgl but still close enough - 3 min walk to the bus that takes you to Ischgl center in 5 min. The apartment is 2 blocks away from the main road, so no traffic sounds either - very quiet!
In short, this will be the first place to check when we go back to the Ischgl ski resort! Maybe it would be better for us not to advertise our enthusiasm, this is lowering our chances for success next time - but I wish the Walser family very busy times!
No complaints at all!

We booked 4 nights and ended up by staying 6, the accommodation and area are really nice, we did not want to leave so soon!
The apartment (we stayed in apart. 1) is big, beautiful, clean and very well equipped. There is the possibility to add an extra room to it for bigger families. The view from all rooms is fantastic. There is access to a terrace with garden furniture for you to eat or have a drink outside. There is also free garage parking and an elevator. Children are welcomed, there is an actual genuine feeling that all family is a valued guest.
The owner is super nice and experienced in hospitality despite being young! We appreciated the homemade cake she left for us in our apartment, as well as the chocolate and homemade gem :)!
She contacted us before our trip and provided useful information and the free summer card by email. It allowed us to drive through via alpina, a beautiful scenic road, without paying (otherwise it is 13 EUR per car). She shared lots of tips about the best spots (appreciated by locals not just tourists) to visit and her restaurant recommendation (at hotel Fohre next door) was spot on! You cannot ask for a better host!
The summer card is a great bonus, you can use for free all cable installations and the via alpina road and have discounts to a lot of fun activities. This combined with the exceptional hotel is really good value for money.
In the covid19 context, there is disinfectant provided in the lobby and distance is maintained. All premises are spotless.
Having to go home made all of us sad!
