Perfect house for groups. There are a lot of rooms to sleep, great and big kitchen, nice garden and a great place to sit outside but covered and with the option to close it with plastic curtains. Me and my friends had a lot of fun!

Eenmaal we er aankwamen zagen we wel gelijk dat het erg oud was, maar dat was ook geen probleem, eenmaal binnen was het warm wat erg goed was, buiten was het min 5, voor deze prijs moet je ook niet teveel willen, enkel paar puntjes, hygiëne mag wel gewoon beter, 150 euro betalen de mensen er voor dus beetje meer jullie best doen, gastank terraswarmer controleren die was leeg, hebben we zelf bijgevuld, is oud en wat versleten maar prima te doen om het even gezellig te maken,,, x

Het huis staat aan een klein stroompje in een heel schattig dorp. Mooie speeltuin naast de deur. Winterberg is ongeveer 20 min. rijden, maar dichterbij is ook genoeg te doen. Het huis is oud, maar prima praktisch ingericht. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben is er, en er is een mooie gemeenschappelijke ruimte (wij waren met ongeveer 20 personen, waarvan veel kinderen).

Wenn man auf Schimmel, Dreck, Gestank, Spinnenweben, Essensreste, ungepflegte Gärten, lockere und verschmutzte Toiletten, dreckige und defekte Betten steht kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist in einem miserablen Zustand und lässt sich nüchtern kaum aushalten. Die Nachbarschaft ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Ich rate jedem davon ab das Haus zu buchen.

Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft
Wir verbrachten ein langes Wochenende mit 16 Personen in dem Gruppenhaus. Leider können wir nicht viel Gutes berichten, außer dass die Umgebung sehr schön ist.
Wir fanden unter anderem Folgendes vor: verdreckte Türen, Wände, Decken und Kissen, Schimmel in den Bädern, beschädigtes oder kaputtes Mobiliar, lose herabhängende Kabel, fehlende Abdeckungen auf Steckdosen und Lichtschaltern, nackte Glühbirnen und kaputte Rollläden.
Schon am ersten Tag stellten wir fest, dass der Abfluss in Küche verstopft war, wodurch die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte und das Wasser in den Spülbecken stehen blieb. Trotz wiederholter Mitteilungen an die Hausverwaltung und Belvilla wurde das Problem nicht behoben.
Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist in einem schlechten Zustand, der Kunden-Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Von einer Buchung können wir allen Interessentinnen und Interessenten nur abraten.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Viele Dinge waren defekt (Jalousien, Kissen, Leuchtmittel). Die Badgelegenheiten waren nicht sauber und Schimmel war an einigen Duschvorhängen. Im Garten lagen umgefallene Zaunelemente und der Rasen war so für die Kinder kaum zu bespielen. Wir kommen daher sicherlich nicht wieder.

Internetvoorziening werkt heel erg traag, sommige mensen kregen gewoon weg helemaal geen connectie. Bij aankomst geen ontvangst van de beheerder. Sommige mensen hadden s'morgens last van het luiden van de kerkklokken, persoonlijk geen last van gehad.

We waren 50 jaar getrouwd en hebben er voor gekozen om samen een weekend elders door te brengen. Dit is ons uitstekend bevallen. Ook de kinderen en kleinkinderen uit Canada hebben ontzettend genoten van dit weekend en ook van de omgeving.

Wij zijn een lang weekend met de familie naar Medebach geweest om te gaan skiën, maar door de regen ging dit niet door. Wij hebben ons wel vermaakt door o.a. te gaan zwemmen (Center Parcs, waar je bijvoorbeeld binnen ook kunt voetballen en met de hoovercraft), te winkelen in Willingen en wandelen. De kinderen hebben buiten gespeeld, speeltuin, en 's avonds deden we met de kinderen spelletjes. Al met al wederom een geslaagd weekend en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Voldoende kamers met eigen wc en douche gezellige eetkamer / salon zodat iedereen samen kan eten en napraten. De keuken werd recent vernieuwd en is goed ingericht. De eigenaars zijn bezig met de renovatie van de kamers dit zal een meerwaarde zijn voor dit vakantiehuis. Volgend jaar komen we zeker terug.

De keuken werd recent vernieuwd en is goed ingericht.
De eigenaars zijn bezig met de renovatie van de kamers dit zal een meerwaarde zijn voor dit vakantiehuis.
Volgend jaar komen we zeker terug.

Prachtige accommodatie, veel slaapkamers met eigen toilet en douche, ook 1 pers kamers Het is erg geschikt om met een hele familie heen te gaan( jong en oud) We waren met 17 personen en ieder deed waar hij zin aan had. Wandelen, winkelen in Winterberg, en fietsen.
We zijn twee keer uit eten geweest in het dorp, ook dat was erg goed. Even lastig bij 1 restaurant kon je niet pinnen maar ze waren zo vriendelijk we konden de volgende dag wel betalen. Want je hebt daar geen pinapparaat in het dorp. Kortom super weekend gehad

It's a pretty good house. Beds are good. The oven in the kitchen there is a use of evidence, especially in the temperature regime betreft.Het living room furniture is the very best that money can buy, so slap stuff.
