Lovely stay in the centre of Rovinj with a personal touch!

The host was really welcoming and the location was perfect. Lovely place with everything you need and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it :)

Amazing and cozy, very welcoming and friendly owners! Would definitely be booking with them when I visit Croatia again!

It felt like a little hideout in the busy streets of Rovinj!

The kettle might need to be changed, The plastic was coming off when I heated some water

Fantastic holiday studio!

Very atmospheric studio in the city centre, good solution for the car (parking at a nearby private house), wine upon arrival, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, very spacious

Excelllent stay in center of Rovinj

The location was perfect with walking to all the sights. Free parking was easy and nearby to walk to the property. Communication was excellent. Ana had many special touches to make us feel welcome, including wine to enjoy on arrival. Mirrors and outlets were well placed. Her father, Zlatko, was delightful and met us with a friendly welcome. We highly recommend Studio Femi when visiting Rovinj.

Close to the action!

Lovely little flat 5 minutes walk from the touristy part of Rovinj. Owners were great!

Room did get a tad cold, even with the extra blankets!

Wonderful location, cozy and a great value for money!

Amazing location - less than 5 minutes walk to the two main ports and main square. The best part was the 2 mins walk to bus station. With a heavy rugsack, that was really a breeze for me! The studio has everything you need to secure a comfortable, cozy, rejuvenating stay, from kitchen cutlery, cooking essentials (oil and salt) to a clothes hanging stand. Despite it being so closely located to the square, I had very good sleep both nights because of the soundproof walls.

The heater in the bathroom can only supply hot water for around 5 minutes....Go beyond that and you won't have warm enough water to take a shower in. But apart from that, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to stay longer!

Perfect place to stay in Rovinj. Small, but cozy, comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment located in a heart of beautiful old town. Everything is near - bars, restaurants, little shopping centre, beach... Free parking is within about 10 minutes walking distance, but if you have a lot of stuff, you can drive right to the place (about 100 meters), unload things and then drive to the parking. We communicated with the host's father - a wonderful, friendly, helpful person with a great sense of humor.

Apartment rather dark - it has one small window to the narrow old town alley. But it is really not a big problem. On other hand, in a hot sunny summer day it can be an advantage.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Rovinj

Studio Femi is a wonderful place to stay in Rovinj! It has everything you need, very central located plus you’re going to meet the parents of Ana, whom are lovely hosts and are open to any questions you might have. We really recommend this apartment and are very happy that we chose Studio Femi.

Exceptional

Apartment is so well equipped, clean, inside Old Town and comes with free parking within 9 mins walking distance from the apartment. One thing that stand out in this apartment compare to others (in the similar price range) is that every piece of furnitures are functional👍. Also, owner’s dad lives upstairs in the same building. He is a gem, friendly, helpful and full of humour.

Nice decoration

Very cosy and nice decorated (mix of rustic and modern - such a great combination). The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, good located and a little bit dark what is great for us who want to sleep longer. Excellent communication with the owner and his dauther via booking and face to face. They are very flexible, kind and really take care about every detail in the house and make sure you are enjoying on your holiday. At the end we have received the small clothespin painted Rovinj as a gift from them what we find very nice.

There are enough towels (face towels and hand towels), but we suggest to put bath towels too.

Charming studio, amazing location.

The location of Ana’s apartment is amazing. Tucked into a little alley right in the heart of Old Town. It was a great place to spend two nights.

It would be great if the place had a small sofa.

I don’t think it’s ideal for a work trip, because you can’t get too much sunshine inside, but for chilling holiday it’s really nice.

Perfect Location/ Amazing Hosts

The location in Rovinj couldn’t be better imo. The apartment has character and the a/c cranks! The hosts were beyond nice and super responsive. I would (and will) gladly stay here again.

Really nothing. I had some slight issues with WiFi, but it could’ve been on my end and it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Amazing place in excellent location

Hosts were very friendly, helpfull, and everything was well organised. Communication was also excellent. When it comes to apartment itself it is very nice place with everything You might need. Its located in the heart of Rovinj, You can get to many interesting places in just few minutes on foot. A bottle of wine and an aperitif was lovely addition to our stay. Private parking space is located ~10 minutes on foot from apartment. We felt in love with Rovinj and we will be back next year for sure :)

Its a little bit dark (just one small window), but after all day in the sun its not a big issue ;)
