L'accueil très sympathique, le positionnement de l'établissement par rapport aux plages.

La chambre trop petite avec des tâches sur la moquette, une isolation phonique perfectible, une propreté pas terrible et au final un rapport qualité prix minable. Comment cet établissement a obtenu 4 étoiles ?

Hôtel très agréable

Hôtel très bien situé dans la Grande Motte, prés du centre et de tous les commerces ainsi qu'à 5 mn de la plage. L'hôtel était très calme pendant notre séjour. La piscine est très agréable car chauffée même en été. Le parking est super car il est tout ombragé et gratuit.

La nuit ,malgré la climatisation, nous avons eu chaud car il n'y avait pas de drap mais qu'une couette donc couvert trop chaud et découvert un peu froid. Dans la salle de bain , par moment ,il y avait une odeur d'égout qui remontait du lavabo (dû peut-être au temps à l'orage). J'ai trouvé le petit déjeuner cher (14 € ) pour les produits qui sont proposés (diversité et quantité).

Nous retournerons dans cette hôtel sans hésiter.

Le personnel très agréable l hôtel très propre et très bien placé parking gratuit. Et un petit déjeuner excellent.

Great location and a comfy room

Location was great and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very responsive and approachable

Parts of the bathroom could do with renovating but they were clean and the balcony could do with repainting

OK for a base in La Grande Motte, but more communication needed!!

Everything fine when we arrived, and room was easy to locate, with lift etc. Nice setting not too far from beach and main facilities.

On the third night (Pentecost public holiday), we went to the restaurant to find that it was closed. There was a storm outside, so not logistically possible to find another restaurant. We had not been advised that the hotel restaurant would be closed during our stay. Not good communication or management.

Perfect hotel at La Grande Lamotte

The suite is beautifully furnished, with an excellent bed, and a large, private terrace. There is a charger for a modern electric car!

Could be an amazing place if the hotel focusses more on hospitality

The swimming pool and the garden are nicely done, the breakfast was good.

The concept of the hotel seems more important than the visitors. Overall this place lacks hospitality. Uninterested personel, really loud music, no flexibility and uninspired expansive food. After more than six hours drive we we’re hoping for a relaxing afternoon at the pool with some drinks and snacks. We could drink some overpriced drinks (€5 for a coke?) but snacks were no option. We were too late for brunch and had to wait for dinner. Dinner was poor, we left after the starter: an uninspired platter of €30 with lots of big tranches of ham, three cornicions and some lettuce. The place could be great if the people of the property would pay some more attention to their guests and needs.

The stay was ok and we enjoyed the location apart of the mentioned inconveniences.

The restaurant, the pool, the parking facilities, the location toward the beach and still away from crowded areas.

The small bed and tiny toilet in the room. We had a room just over the deliveries door what made our morning wake up early and noisy. The supplier’s doesn’t care with handling of their goods, especially bottles.

great location, price too high

free parking and nice private balcony. breakfast area is pretty. great location near the beach and good surroundings for walking dogs.

service wasn’t good and the room quality was not aligned with the high price. including breakfast and small dogs, I paid 199€ for one night for one person, and the room didn’t even have a proper shower, furniture was old and ragged, air conditioner didn’t work properly nor the room phone.

Excellent value, excellent hotel

For the price, the hotel was above expectations. They said it was a lively place, but we were on the top floor and didn't hear a thing. The bar and restaurant was very popular and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Only a few minor things, the bathroom door would swing open at an awkward angle, no hand soap (there was shower gel though) - but really nothing wrong at all! Just searching for something to write here :)

Spacious, tidy and good location.

Decent location to all the local amenities, nice large family room with plenty of space and coffee machine.

Carpets in the room were fairly dirty and well used, sadly on our particular stay the bar/restaurants were closed in the property.
