We enjoyed the most relaxing escape at Premalaya where everything conspires for wellness and peace.

The setting of Premalaya is special, nestled amid the forest. The feeling of relaxation is unrivalled especially after our Wednesday morning Hatha Yoga session. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with a beautiful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Dissapointing

Mattresses are old, impossible to sleep on. Furniture is broken. You can hear people walking on the upper floor. We have left earlier as it was more of a challenge than relaxing stay

lovely location, so much potential, just needs a little extra tlc

great location, good layout of apartment, peaceful, lovely animals, lovely green area

dirty, needed a proper clean. kitchen not equipped properly- not enough cutlery (rectified), not enough plates for the amount of people staying. not a lot of contact with anyone- they had facilities we would like to have used (sauna, massage, cafe(?)) but apart from a few hellos and a couple of messages on the phone there was no contact.

The location was perfect.

The air vents in bathrooms were dusty, shower was covered in mildew, sink and drain dirty. Oven needs a clean. We only had 1 teaspoon. 4 large spoons and there were 6 of us staying the night Upon arrival staff moved other guests into our room which was a bit of a wait to get everything moved . Bathroom doors need a good wipe down including door frames. Im a professional cleaner so I see it all.

Hayley & Scotty were just fab, such nice, welcoming family totally helpful in any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was very warm at night. There wasn’t much to do at the location with kids but we still had a fabulous time.

We were not offered breakfast. We enjoyed the ambience of the property and the location. It was close to many restaurants and a lovely Lavender Cafe.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful location

Lovely location, clean apartment with balcony overlooking nature and farm animals, kids loved it!

Double glazing to all windows and doors was great for acoustics, however noise (moving chairs etc) from apartment above couldn't be dampened, not a big issue though.

Close to everything but still a quiet country spot.

The property was light clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.and the balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

While I enjoyed being able to disconnect due to poor wifi and mobile signals, other members of our group did not. Plus the noise from other apartments travelled a little too well.

Exceptional

nice enough stay but sadly lacking some important details.

good location and handy to have two bathrooms.

it just lacked some essentials in the kitchen as well as side tables/furniture. if you’re going to put a 3 piece lounge in a self catering property it should be leather so it can be cleaned. sofa and armchairs were visibly dirty. bed was comfy but only 1 beside in a king room. it has the ability to be a great place but just needs some more details and better quality furnishings and decors.

it was excellent place & we all enjoyed ourselves

the apartment came with 2 bathrooms which was great for two couples& had everything you needed in them, it had a fantastic area to relax with a bbq sauna & yoga studio, they owners were very nice & their dogs, horses & sheep were all friendly & gave a great atmosphere to the property. Close to town & wineries . Rooms were very clean & the windows & outside doors were double glazed which help to reduce noise

Inside was very nice and clean.

I go away on holiday to relax, but as i entered the property , i saw a huge pile of mess outside , garbage bins flooded and pile of rubbish in the car park. I dont relax with clutter, it is my personal opinion , It just put me off instantly. saying that once i entered the rooms and went to the balcony and the view from the other side was awsome. 😊 The hosts are amazing.
