This is the best budget hotel we've had on a two-week trip. Super comfy bed, newly renovated room, and friendly staff.

I will never return to this hotel for stays in the Tulsa area.

I liked the fact that this hotel was within minutes of a funeral home where I had to attend a funeral.

The only staff person I met was asleep on a couch in the lounge — I had to wake him up so I could check in and get to my room. Complete lunacy. I did check in at 3 a.m.; but I called the evening before to let them know that I was arriving early morning — and I prepaid, too. The man who checked me in told me there were no rooms available… but as stated, I already paid for my room … I was exhausted— and he was a nightmare to deal with. Took another 20-30 minutes just for him to understand what I was saying that I had prepaid and checked my reservation the eve before — so, he should be able to find me in the computer ? just a mess.

It was a nice, restful stay.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean.

The desk person was helpful but hard to find. We had to wait or check back for them to return.

We always stay here when we come to Tulsa. It is always clean and the staff is so friendly.

Superb

So clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was average. Cereal, yogurt , pastries....doing low carb, so not much for me. Nice to have a laundry to use.

Bad

They are scam artists and try to double charge me for the room even though I had already Is have paid with booking app. Also they charged me $71 for incidentals and even though I didn't stay there they still kept tcomplete a scam

I didn't like the fact that they scanned me for my $71 they were We're also We're trying to double charge for the room

Exceptional

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good, nice selection, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had our 10 year old son with us and the pull out sofa was perfect for him. We ended up needing to stay an extra night and they had no issues keeping us in the same room. Just a very nice, inexpensive place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone whether solo or family.

I have nothing bad to say.

Disappointed

Close to our destination and easy to get to.

Cleanliness and upkeep have been neglected since we first stayed a couple of years ago. There was, what looked like a large blood stain, on our floor. The walls were very dirty and damaged. Breakfast was yogurt or waffle. No other options.
