It was near a grocery store and McDonald's.
No towels in the room. Window open with no screen on ground level. Overall dingy and dirty. Broken down vehicles in parking lot.

The location was great. The price was good however, it was still a lot to pay for what you got. That being said, I would have no hesitation staying there again.
We checked in late, and our TV was not working. Even though it was after 9 o’clock they had two guys up within 10 minutes to fix it, which they did.
It all that needs updating. They have hairdryers from the 60s mounted on the walls. Ours did not work. The sheets were clean but definitely needed to be replaced.
They have breakfast. There are frozen waffles or waffles you can make on a waffle iron. They also have cereal, packets of oatmeal, some fruit, poundcake and blueberry muffins. No meat or eggs, but that was not surprising. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anybody assigned to replenishing. I went in at 7:30 AM and the coffee was already empty and nobody had refilled it by the time I left at 8:30. There was good coffee in the lobby, however.

Wyndham proves again that they have either zero oversight or ZERO standards. The only thing this place has going for it is that the bed itself is comfortable, there IS a fridge, and it’s the cheapest place in town
Dingy, falling apart, smells bad, looks horrible in all the common spaces. There’s no faucet in the breakfast room so sanitation is impossible. Visit this place, you will see for yourself.

All good. Great location.

It was a lovely calm and quiet sleep

Nothing!!
Paint on walls chipped all over room. Bathroom had no shower curtain. Children running in halls trying all the door knobs. Would not stay there again or recommend the place.
2.7
very good central location, clean safe rooms, considerate staff
needs more comfortable chairs, and needs a desk chair for working on computer
2.7
Good location next to supermarket. Also located inbetween airport/ferry terminal and downtown area. Easy walking distance to both areas. Free voucher for taxi to get to airport. Cheap compared to other places.
Breakfast not good. Don't count on eating the breakfast there. Cheaper hotel and it has a cheaper feel to it.
2.7
inexpensive

Trash , cigarettes everywhere
2.7
Dry. warm
bathroom clean.
shower curtain moldy on bottom but otherwise bathroom clean
noisy neighbor. Hotel was fairly empty and purpose of putting two people right next to each other seems wrong. Door slamming repeatedly

Location
Roaches, burned and stained bedding, could get shower to work, furniture broken.
2.7
Just location. Bathroom soap.
No coffee. Dirty room. Dirty toilet bowl. Dirty carpet. The whole experience was kinda kissing my sister. Eww

there was a pretty significant leak in my bathroom from the sprinklers in the ceiling. filled up half a trash can. called the front desk with no success. when I told them about it the next morning, the response was “yeah, there are odds and ends around here that was are getting to”. also the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke and there was no way to open a window or turn on heat/Ac to help ease the smell.

There was absolutely nothing we liked about this hotel except the natural beauty of the water and mountains in the background. And there was a McDonald's right next door.
We pulled the comforter back and a roach ran out. My friend's son had to kill it. There were no screens in the windows on the first floor so anyone in the parking lot could just jump into your window. They had no air conditioning in the building at all so they put little box fans in the rooms (Terrible). It was so hot and muggy in there. They just had the front door standing wide open so any and everything could just run right in. There was a moth on the wall near the ceiling. There were gnats flying all around the lobby area. There were large dark spots on the bed comforter. There was a dead maggot matted on my daughter's pillow when we pulled her comforter back. The elevator button went all the way into the wall when you pushed it. I passed by and barely touched the thermostat and the cover for it came off and landed on the floor. They advertise that they have breakfast but when we arrived they said they have not served breakfast in over two years. Even if they did, We would not eat anything out of that rat/roach hotel. They need to stop advertising breakfast. I would not suggest my dog to return to this hotel. Book in advance to get one of the nearby hotels. Even the locals call this place the last resort hotel when nothing else in the area is available. The bed was so uncomfortable my back was aching the next day. Staff and housekeeping is a joke. The housekeeper actually lives there. When people leave she just makes up the beds without cleaning. All tubs are permanently dirt stained. Sheets are also stained. My friend had old food crumbs in her bed when she pulled the comforter back. The health department needs to make a visit to this hotel. It needs to be closed down. I had to put my jacket over the pillow so my face would not touch their linen. The key locks on some of the doors did not work and you could just push the doors open. Shady, homeless looking characters were hanging out around the front door. Horrible!

Hotel shuttle was not available but reception staff booked and covered the cost of a taxi
On the morning of my stay the hotel cancelled all 3rd party bookings as they were overbooked, as I was travelling I did not receive this notification and on arrival they found me a room as I was there in person, whilst that was good their initial cancellation is very poor
2.7
clean
I liked everything about the property
2.7
Comfy bed and lovely outlook watching the bald eagles.
Very close to Safeways supermarket and free shuttle bus to downtown
Staff tried their best but were way overstretched.
There were drips coming through the bathroom ceiling when we were using it. Lack of sufficient hot water. No breakfast facilities to speak of.
2.7
ocean view
not 100% clean. not enough staff. staff was doing everything at the same time and not sticking to the first tax they were assigned.

We left at 7:00AM and the front desk person said "Someone will be coming in with muffins in about 1/2 hour! Sorry we had a plane to get on.
I asked for a "Handicap" room as my husband is a V A 100% with braces on his legs. No one answered the phone to pick us up from the ferry. We paid for a taxi to take us to the Super 8 and NO refund was even offered. We stayed in room 203 on the 21 of July. I have pictures of mildew in the bathroom and MOLD on the ceiling!! I will be calling the HELTH Dept. on the 25th to report them of the status of the room with pictures if they want them.
2.7
Staff were great, short staffed for housekeeping which made the office people's lives difficult.
