The accommodation was well appointed and very comfortable. Beautiful setting in the Adelaide Hills but conveniently close to the city of Adelaide.
The only negative was the Internet was not connected to our apartment.

The accommodation was first class and the service from Esme was also first class and went she out of her way to organize some flowers and Chocolates for my wife as it was our wedding anniversary weekend, we could not have been happier with our stay. The location in the Adelaide hills was excellent with so much to do in the area. The house and grounds were extremely relaxing, and we really felt at home. we were met with hot scones on arrival which were delicious thanks Esme.
We would recommend Pirralilla Estate for that relaxed weekend away.

Our accommodation was fabulous, continental breakfast was supplied, along with tea and coffee. On arrival, scones, jam and cream 😋 👌🏻 was waiting for us too.
Esme greeted us and showed us to our accommodation, if we had any questions she responded to messages, promptly.
I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

There can surely not be any better examples of tasteful, stylish and classy restorations of a grand residence than Pirralilla! A hair’s breath’s short of faultless!!
Do your self a favour.
We’ll be returning, Mel & Grant

We stayed in the Gardeners Cottage. Breakfast was fabulous. Scones were amazing. Provisions were ample. Attention to details and the artistic use of old farming and gardening equipment really makes the rooms unique.
If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the external appearance of the property was a bit run down. But we are well aware that it is a work in progress for the owners, you can see they have done a lot so far. And what they have achieved so in the Few B&Bs they have set up is fabulous. And you get that quietly surprised feeling when you enter the accommodation. The attention to detail of the themed rooms is very well done. The property is peaceful, secluded and private. Thanks Esme

the location is fabulous, the host did a fantastic job and greeted us and took us through the history of Pirralilla Estate, the room is spacious and very well maintained, there was scones and other supplies in the kitchen, robes and slippers supplied. the views across the hills and the estate were exceptional. Everything worked, shower was great, TV reception good, nice furnishings and décor, additional blankets, air-conditioning kept us warm
the only issue was the bed as it was that hard (rock hard) My partner slept on the couch and I slept in the single chair, unfortunately we left 1 night early as we didn't want to sleep there second night. If the bed mattress was replaced I would gladly come back as this was the only thing that stopped it being a 10/10 rating.

The host Esme is very very friendly. The property is quiet and isolated from other houses yet close to nearby towns. The whole place is exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything needed is provided. And yummy scones.

We stayed in the King Apartment Two with the black and flower theme. Extremely comfortable with generous space. The Host Esme greeted us and we love the story behind the property. It was like living in a small home with plenty of space for a couple. A quiet location walking distance to Aldgate village and 2km to Stirling. The scones with jam and cream was a special treat upon arrival.
Only a few items were not yet completed, but did not spoil our stay. We would have love to sit in the gardens or decking outdoors space. No Netflix and WIFI and no exhaust fan in the kitchen and bathroom.

Great location, close to everything was perfect for us!
The only thing we could fault was the mattress, was quite hard- could be softer!

Beautifully set up in the old caretaker cottage. Every comfort is provided. We were welcomed by fresh scones, jam and cream. Esme was very friendly and welcoming. The outlook from the bedroom is beautiful and peaceful.
The only negative for us was the steps to the cottage, which were difficult for us to negotiate.----

The peace, privacy, space and the facilities. Location suited us. Esme was very helpful and answered her phone with the patience of a saint. We love what the family is doing with this grand old collection of historical buildings. A huge task but the result will be fascinating. We stayed in the Gardeners Cottage. Highly recommended.
You'd be hard pressed to find something to complain about. A bath would have pushed my rating up to 10.5! There's no wifi but that didnt concern us.
