Great instructions for finding the hotel I'm the maze of alleys prior to arrival. Once arrived lovely welcome and location.

The room was good and our terrace was wonderful. We loved the breakfast and the staff when above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Particularly the lady at the desk in the mornings. My daughter wanted to give them 10 stars. The locations was perfect!!! Loved it.

La terrasse de la chambre. Situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville.
Le petit déjeuner était très faible. Beaucoup de bruit car en pleine vieille ville. Lit très inconfortable.

Great location not far from one of the main entrances into the Palace from the waterfront promenade...when you are staying in an ancient walled palace where no vehicles are allowed and you are dragging around all your own luggage, location is king! Hotel, like much of Split, is an appealing mix of the ancient and the modern. Staff at front desk available day and night for any needs. And the restaurant down below the hotel, where breakfast is included in the price of the room, was wonderful and a great way to start the day. We wanted to go there for dinner as well, but we ran out of time.

Very nice historic hotel in the old town/palace. Nice room with air con and very clean.
Very convenient for all the sites of Split
Good continental breakfast with plenty of seats and tables.
I ate in the hotel restaurant two nights as it was good value
Staff and reception helpful
Bed dipped slighty in the middle although I slept well.
Confusion over timings of breakfast etc as card with door card pass said one time but room folder said 30 minutes later.
A little difficult to find on arrival, a lot of local shops and restaurants hadn't heard of the hotel but found it eventually ! maybe a more detailed map should be sent by email with the street layouts !

Location and reception staff were excellent
Rooms were small. No tea/coffee facilities in the room

The hotel is in the old town of Split, perfect location and yet still quiet. The family room had a balcony and was a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and very kind staff.
Breakfast was served from 7:30 and we had to leave at 7:15am and couldn’t enjoy it even if we paid for it. They offered lunch boxes but it was not appropriate for our diets.

The location was perfect with a very short walk to email the main sights. Our room was large and the facilities more than we expected

The staff were lovely, the hotel was in a great location. Although the room was small it was comfortable. We weren't in it much anyway.
The breakfast was poor . We were on floor 2 and the smell of drains in the morning was over bearing.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located, good breakfast..But on top of all, super kind and helpful staff. Compliments to the Managment for putting up such a great team!
As located in the middle of the old town, it could be a bit noisy around midnight and in the morning. Nothing major. Worth the price for staying so centrally.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided a packed breakfast for our early departure to the airport.
Initially we really appreciated the very central location in the old quarters - it's really lovely!
What we missed when making our reservation was the bar next door. With a very, very noisy stag-party going way on until the early hours in the morning we only got a couple of hours sleep before we had to get up at 4 am....Could be clever to ask for a room with windows facing another direction.
The bar next door....

Hotel Slavija is inside the palace walls, yet the hotel inside is very upscale modern. Well-appointed room with desk, large bathroom with strong shower, large and comfortable bed, many choices for breakfast including eggs made-to-order, much appreciated lift, comfortable lounge at front desk, helpful and friendly staff.
There was NOTHING we didn't like.
4.0
The terrace, the location and the breakfast. The comfort of the double bed. All the staff (front desk, breakfast staff and cleaners) were extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. The room was a good size and there was a fridge which was a bonus. The location is spectacular! Right in the old town but quiet.
The single bed in the triple room was quite hard and very narrow for an adult, perhaps it would have been OK for a child.

The hotel was very clean, the location is perfect and the staff vas very friendly. I was very satisfied with the price.
I was staying in a room with a single bed which was not very comfortable. The mattress topper kept "moving around" the bed.. But all in all, it was a good price for money.

The front reception was fantastic, friendly, and very helpful! The breakfast was great with a variety of hot foods made by the chef along with cold cuts, cheese, fruit, veggies, cereals and breads. And thankfully, they had gluten free bread ready for us! The location was perfect and in the center of everything! Overall a great experience!

The location was hard to find with Google map. But it's located in the middle of the Split old town, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. The breakfast was good too.
There was some noise at night. Not sure if it was coming from outside or inside of the hotel.
